"Stayed here for New Years Eve and had a great stay. The room was clean and very modern. The only downside would be the Parking Garage, because it's not properly explained how it works, but overall I'm very satisfied. It's now the third time that I've stayed in a B&B Hotel, and I've always had a great stay."

"Nice clean room, conveneint for U6 and close to Freiheit and EnglischerGarten. Aboutx15 mins to Marienplatz. Works currenlty underway, so breakfast wasnt available, but should be really nice when done. It will be nice to have an area to sit down and maybe sip a beer as not much around hotel. Lift wasnt working a lot of the time, so down rating for that, but the complinetary coffee, pretzel, fruit, water etc was appreciated. Bakery next door for breakfast though."

"The hotel is well located and the rooms are small but comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately I was not informed in advance of a big construction that was ongoing in the lobby/restaurant area and some floors of the hotel."

"There is major construction 7 days a week for 13 hours a day. The noise is so loud it will damage your hearing. The hotel does not provide ear plugs (they wouldn't even work for the noise) and I would not advise anyone to stay here because it will impact your hearing. It is drilling so loud it vibrates your room 7am-7pm everyday."
