"The hotel itself meets the standard you'd expect from an Ibis, with a decent bedroom and a convenient location close to the subway. However, be prepared to exercise a lot of patience due to the significant disorganization. My check-in process took nearly an hour, even though it was a very late check-in, and I was with my tired family, including a child. Despite having fully paid for the hotel and breakfast months in advance, the receptionist was completely confused and tried to charge me again. After we finally got to our room, my husband went to the reception to buy water. Astonishingly, it took him 40 minutes just to pay for two bottles. The following morning at breakfast, my name wasn't on the list. The staff asked me to resolve this at the reception, where, unsurprisingly, there was no organization. For some reason, my room wasn't listed as having paid for breakfast. Even though I had booked for five nights with breakfast included, I had to go to the reception to sort it out. The next day, the same issue occurred. When I pointed this out, I was met with a rude response “this is not a big deal” I was told by your staff, as if this ongoing mistake was a minor inconvenience. If it's not a big deal for me to repeatedly stand in line to resolve *their* errors, it certainly shouldn't be a big deal for the breakfast staff to confirm payment with reception or for the hotel to update their records properly. Instead, it seemed far easier for them to shuttle my family back and forth, even though I had settled everything months ago. Additionally, my room was serviced one day, and the bath towels were not replaced. They even took the hand towel and didn't replace it. I had to go to reception again late at night to request new towels. I understand this isn't a five-star hotel, but a little organization and better training for the staff would go a long way."

"Spent 5 nights here. 15 minutes from city centre on Ubahn, which is a 5 - 10 min walk from hotel. Super quiet area and felt really safe walking back at all times of day & night. Clean and comfy, daily room service, helpful reception staff, sells snacks, beers and more, with outside seating area."

"I needed a cheap stay which isn't easy to find during the IFAT exhibition. I found ibis budget for a good price. My room was clean, big enough, cleaned every day, parking garage available (16 EUR a day), lifts working, nice personnel. Worked for me. Yes there was little a bunk bed above my bed for when traveling with a kid. But I didn't mind."

"We stayed 4 nights and for the first half of our stay we had no hot water. When my wife stayed 2 weeks earlier, she had no hot water for 24 hours. Our friends (staying in the hotel for 2 months) had no hot water for 3 days! When we reported this to the front desk on Friday, we were told that the technician could not come before Monday. For an Ibis Hotel (one of many in the München area) this is simply not acceptable! We have been using Ibis hotels around the world for many years, but have never experienced this neglect of their customers."

"2 comments that you should take care as I am a loyal customer and is my 2nd stay when visiting Munich. 1) Customer service is getting poor. Staff seems irritated, unhappy and unwilling to assist (those serving breakfast and afternoon & night shifts on reception desk) 2) Inadequate room cleanliness. We stayed 5 days and the floor was not cleaned well. Hair and dust all around the place (that we created), bath tub and sink were not cleaned well and disinfected. In general, very poor way of cleaning, only the basics: towels change, making the beds, bin bag change"

"Hotel is well located to get a direct line to Marienplatz and a short distance away to get to the line connection for the airport. With IBIS I can always trust that the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and sound proof for a good night's rest. I enjoy that the hotel has it's little area to get snacks, coffee or heat up food in the microwave. The breakfast is just right to get you going for the day with bread and cold cuts, cereals and yogurt, coffee tea and juice available with friendly staff at hand to assist when needed."

"Always travelling trying to stay in an Accor Hotel, always had good experience, this time we had a problem with the room (was cold inside and heating not working) so we kindly asked to change the room if possible but (probably under pressure cause we were not the only ones havibg the same problem) we have found the worst front desk agen ever in your group, we were surprised about his reaction being ironical more than once about our request and talking in german about us with his collegue clearly saying he did not care and we could have done whatever we wanted. Finally after we strongly complained about his behaviour he found another room. Kidding customers is never a good idea, you don't know anything about them, maybe they have a condition, maybe not, anyway was not the situation since we were very polite in asking and his collegue was clearly embarassed for his words too. Really amazing for your standards. All the rest of the staff was great as usual"

"It was surprising to have a room for two but only having one seating within the room and also the shower washing basin is within the room, without a separation. Layout to breakfast was wrong having to queue in the lobby area, waiting for the entry. Efficiency maybe important but this is literally putting me off visiting your hotels in the future."

"The hotel was very clean and spacious for the price. Shower pressure and temperature was very good, despite having a strange door design that should open outward not inward. One drawback was that the pillows were quite poor, luckily we had a loft bed above us so we were able to use some extra padding to beef up under our heads. The A/C in our room didn't seem to work as well, but not sure if this was just our room or the whole building, so sometimes temperature regulation during the night was difficult. If you are ok with being a little bit out of the city center, the location is nice and quiet, and only a few minutes walk from an underground station on line 3, which runs directly to Marienplatz in ~15 minutes. This was a very good hotel for the price, I would recommend staying here if you are on a budget."

"Nice and clean rooms, everything worked as expected. Exceptional friendly staff - thank you! Well located, maybe 5 minutes from the subway on the outskirts of munich city, 1 station away from a nice little mall, about 15minutes away by subway from city center. Mini market with coffee, snacks and other treats 24/7 in a small waiting area with bar tables. Again, I want to point out the friendliness of the staff - everyone was helpful with a smile on their face!"

"Our stay was generally not bad. The shower was damaged and just temporarily usable. At this time of year the air conditioning should have worked more effectively. We were forced to open the windows at night in order to let the built up warmth escape, unfortunately this led to an increased disturbance through the rail traffic from the nearby railway. The third bed in our room should be able to be folded away, its continuous presence was irritating. Having said all that the price for the room was on par with surrounding hotels."

"It was good experience! -When checked in the room was not properly cleaned and dust on the floor was visible. - Check out time is 12 but some time gust have some priority meetings that force gust to put on request for 15-30-60 minutes extra time to check out, but you don't allow and entertain. - Mind it checkin is 3 Pm it not necessary the Gust will check in 3, in my case i have checked in 11 or 11:30 PM. -While you charge for early check in what the benefit offered when gust check in late? -Lack of Basic amenities. -Make survey to other brands and improve basic amenities e.g in house sleeper, tooth brush, zahnpaste, use and throw Saving razor etc"
