"Had a 1st Floor room w/kitchen facing road. Was slightly noisy during night but had to use ear plugs sometimes. Frying pan all scratched, needs replacing and lack of utensils. Room excellent. Table to eat at and relax. No TV reception. Paid breakfast was poor. Lack of supplies. Better to buy something from stores. Not far from station and city centre on foot. Free hot drinks from a machine."

"The hotel staff were fantastic, very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are spacious, with everything you need. The hotel gym is well equipped and an added bonus. Located just a short walk form Old Town, it is easy to find restaurants and shops."

"The hotel are located in the heart of Munich, close to Hbf central station and a lot of markets and restaurants. The staff are pretty helpful and friendly, specially Jasmin. The room is according the pictures, everything new and pretty comfortable, with some facilities. It was a great experience for 3 nights. I super recommend!"

"Staff were lovely and rooms very nice. One mark knocked off because shower head was not retained well in the housing and get dropping. I did find a way to keep it correctly angled, so no real complaints. Just a small irritation. No matter - everything else was very good"

"The bed was comfortable and the studio was spacious, but facilities were lacking. Kitchen equipment needs to be reviewed. I had a pot, but no lid. One teaspoon, two side plates and no bowls. Utensils were similarly poor, with a whisk but no spoons for stirring while cooking. The ironing board was lopsided, so it was like ironing on a ski jump. It has the potential to be an excellent choice for people tired of hotels, but it needs to work on inventory and cleaning. The desk assistant, however, was very pleasant and helpful!"

"Good location for walking to sights. The rooms need maintenance as the show head bracket had fallen off Also the first room they put me in as a gold member was right in front of the lift ( bell going off all the time) Further they didn’t acknowledge my stay ( stays night) When I booked through the Accor app - 2 rooms for 3 nights international traveller and this was our first hotel stay in Germany … Very disappointed"

"I really loved this adorable little place, with a small but complete kitchen! It was easy to buy food & cook here, saving € for the sights. The place is lovely and clean. The staff is super helpful, & the location is 4 mins from the train station. It's also walking distance from many attractions and the train is accessible for further destinations. I would stay at any of these again, if this is an example. And I would stay longer!"

"Instruction on the access to laundry room was inadequate (we only learn from other guests and not from the Receptionist that we need to borrow a master card from the Reception instead of using our room card). Just before putting the wet clothes into the drying machine after washing and inserting all coins and pressed the start button, the power to the drying machine suddenly went out without any pre-warning. Because of the indifferent and care less attitude adopted by the Receptionist (i.e. she said she knew nothing of the machine and won't call technicans to attend even it was within normal office hours [4:00pm]), we have no choice but to take out the wet clothes, tow them outside the Hotel to another laundromat for drying. We are extremely frustrated by the arrogant and indifferent attitude of the Receptionist who did nothing but rub salt on the wound. We cannot understand why your Hotel would assign such a person as the receptionist, a position that requires empathy and demands a customer focused skill. Please note that we choose your Hotel at Munich only because you have an in-house coin-operated washing and drying machines. The above has nullify our prime purpose to choose and stay at your Hotel."

"We stayed for a long weekend in an apartment. The lady who welcomed us at check-in was very kind and efficient. The apartment was clean, seemed recently refurbished. Great bed. Coffee on the house. Adagio is well located, closed to the main train station connecting easily to the airport and tram line to city center."

"We stayed 6 nights across 2 studio apartments and have mixed feelings on the stay. The apartment themselves are well located within walking distance to all attractions within the city and train station, and were presented in clean and tidy state. Unfortunately the kitchen was seriously lacking the basic essentials required to prepare a simple meal with no drinking glasses, bowls, spoons or cooking dishes available. There was an induction cooktop but the pans provided were not compatible with induction and were therefore useless. To their credit the front desk representatives were very helpful in sourcing most of these items but it raises the question around the quality of housekeeping. Also during our stay one of the lifts were broken for a couple of days, the washing room was unavailable because the washing machine had broken and on the last D. the coffee machine was also broken. Compared to similar places we had stayed in prior to our arrival at Adagio Apartments we would rate this accommodation as just above average but with opportunity for improvement."

"Nice stay at Adagio, good amount of space for our family and apartments were relatively quiet. The loudest part was the cleaning staff who had extraordinarily loud voices. Some things didn’t work in the apartment - the dishwasher, waterfall shower, extraction fan and the pillows were very poor. We had to ask for a hairdryer. The washing facilities were also not working. Well located and easy to walk everywhere. Very close to the Hauptbahnhof. Staff were very pleasant and helpful."

"What made this a great stay for our family of 4 was the early checkin - we could book it ahead of time for 10am (at a small cost), but when we arrived at 8.30am the room was ready and the lady on the front desk was very empathetic as we’d just got off a long haul flight. The room had everything we needed, was quiet and close to the train station and old town (both an easy walk). The room was very quiet. The area is close to Lido supermarket and whilst the laundry facilities were out of order during our stay, there was a laundromat just around the corner. We didn’t have the breakfast, but we had a kitchenette so could do our own thing. Would stay here again next time, particularly if we needed proximity to the HbF station and old town."

"The truth to be said saving over EUR 20 or 30 a night isn’t worth it. There are so many choices around Muchen HBF and this can be filtered out from your choices. Room sound proofing was terrible, we hear traffic every night and construction starting early morning right outside the hotel. The room while adequate was generally dark and pillow too small & soft and bed too “solid”. Service was generally terrible and we felt like criminal walking through the front lobby when returning even though we greeted the staff hello each night we came back.. she was on her earphone and probably did not hear us but return our friendliness with a standard glare. Despite belonging to an international hotel chain, the staff clearly lack service standard when we wanted to exchange fresh towels (per hotel staff we were to bring down ours to hotel reception every 2nd night ourselves) we were asked to wait, and for 3 customer who came in the check in and for enquiry despite being just behind the first customer. Such lack of prioritization shows lack of training of SOP. Overall this one is forgettable option in a highly competitive area."

"We recently stayed at a hotel conveniently located near the train station, making it very easy to travel around. The room was cozy and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. However, there were a few downsides. The room was quite noisy, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The pillow was uncomfortable, which further impacted my ability to rest. Additionally, the bathroom door was broken, and there were some insects or bugs in the room. I was particularly disappointed about the insects and had hoped for some form of compensation, but the staff only offered an apology without any further resolution. Overall, while the location and staff were great. Cleanliness were quite disappointing."

"The apartment was adequate and just a short walk from train station (5 min) and many city features (10-15 min). Staff were not very welcoming, room safe didn’t work: we were offered a change of room the next day but staff didn’t organise this. We asked x3 for a dustpan and brush to clean up dirt from our shoes; we were told they would send housekeeping but no one came. A staff member mistakenly entered our room one evening as she thought our room was vacant. We were unable to operate the washing machine so reception staff instructed us to use a laundromat down the street; however the lovely manager then took the time to show me how to use the machine and waived the cost of the washing. This lovely manager was a shining star amongst otherwise indifferent and unhelpful staff. Very disappointing given the cost and previous great experiences with Accor hotels. One evening"

"It was a very underwhelming stay, with renovation work done on weekends and loud cleaning staff in the hallways doesn't exactly make for a relaxing holiday stay. Only had one friendly and "tried to be helpful" reception staff. The room is a good size and taking away all the other things, it would've been a good stay. Upon arrival the person training the reception lady was really stern and rude, she was the same lady that then didn't want to help me to get to a hospital. She just started helping someone else. 3days before my checkout I was in unbearable pain and had to WALK to hospital as my phone didn't work to call a taxi and I went to reception to ask for help and she just said. "no I don't understand prepaid phones". I was then hospitalized for 3 days. On my return to the hotel I asked if I can please get a late check out as I wasn't feeling well and only had a flight later that day. I was just told no. No explanation or options, nothing. Just a little bit of kindness or understanding goes a long way, we are all humans in the end and not just the money we spend."
