"The hotel is good for what i needed. BUT it has no restaurant and arriving at 9 in the evening, I was told to walk into the old town to find food. The route described was long (I found a much shorter way back on my own. I was 2 nights. The room was quiet and clean, breakfast is in a separate building and up stairs. Staff had problems in French and English. German was often passable. Taxi from/to the airport runs about €40-50 each way."

"The room upgrade was highly appreciated and I have truly enjoyed it since I had to take a number of Teams calls from the hotel. The hotel surely needs some modernization soon. It is placed very well, so guests can reach restaurants by a 5-10 minutes footwalk, but it is still regrettable that the beautiful garden and restaurant are not operated."

"It's a business trip, we booked this hotel because of the recommendation from the event organizers. I would like give fully satisfied feedback for the breakfast and the stuff there, but very unhappy with the receptionist, both the check in (long waiting because room were not ready, wrong payment values) and check out (long waiting because of very disorganized process of getting receipt or invoice, e.g. getting refund because of wrong payment at check in, and needing to call up our own proof of payment to prove that we had paid for the breakfast, otherwise we are required to pay twice)."

"Not only is the location ideal for short stays but the environment outside of the city limits of Munich makes it a delightful place for both casual and business meetings. It's proximity to the quaint township of Freising is also a big plus point. Rooms are spacious and adequately facilitated and cleanliness well noted. Overall a very pleasant experience."

"Good breakfast, was refilled constantly. Pillows very soft and unfortunately the restaurant/bar were closed. "Was booked for 4 nights, left after 1st night (even though remaining 3nights were not refunded). Was not aware across from Railway, which ran late into the night. Fan was provided but did not work. Needed to carry heavy luggage up one floor to elevator, no support services provided by hotel staff. Twice went to the front desk and both times employees engaged in conversation and I was to wait until they were done (no other customers)."

"Convenient location for getting to the airport the next day. Check in was fantastic, very friendly staff. Got us in a room early and with recommendations for food and getting to Old Town. They ordered us a cab to the airport. The only real complaint I have is that the carpets throughout were filthy and could use a good cleaning or replaced. The rest of the place was clean!"

"The shower in my room was broken (and looked like it had been broken for some time). It was not fixable and I was offered a change of room at 10pm on second night, after a very long day. The staff would not allow me to simply use the other room’s shower, insisting that I had to pack up and move my things late at night when I just wanted to go to sleep."

"We stayed in Room 251. This room had 3 large roof supports which made it difficult to go from the bed to the bathroom. We had to leave a light on at night so we would not hit our heads. The room should have come with a 'hard hat' to prevent head injury. We did not request another room since we were on a tight schedule with an early morning flight home. I would like someone to look into this room and determine that it is appropriate for hotel guests. The hotel staff were friendly and knowledgable"

"The hotel is close to the airport and hence easy to reach by car. The rooms are small and I was surprised to find that the toilet was not absolutely clean - obviously not well checked or cleaned. What I found very disappointing was that in the garage there are parking spots reserved for women but these are occupied by cars whose drivers are obviously male. I saw them parking and their reaction to my comment that this was a parking spot for a woman was "so what". If one has reserved parking spots for women there needs to be a way to monitor that they are used by women. Or don't have designated parking spots for women."

"Facilities such as tv and rest are old age and outdated. I dont think they will work on it. No bar or restaurant at the hotel which is another problem and the amount charged is as heavy as the other 4 stars hotel with all the new and updated options. "Comfortable rooms with accommodating and friendly staff. Shuttle to the airport costs 15 Euros and the trip takes a good 12-15 minutes. Friesling town is a nice little cozy town which is pedestrian-friendly. All in all, I would stay there again. The friendly front desk staff made our day by accommodating every request."

"Not really clean rooms, found hairs in the bathroom and stains on the toilet button. Also stains on the carpet and on the armchair, overall impression a bit neagtive therefore. "The room was nice and the bed firm - just what I need. The temperature in the room was a bit too hot, even after turning the heating down and opening the window for a few minutes. Short drive to MUC airport and short walk into the city center to have a last supper before returning to the US. The parking in the garage is challenging, especially if you are used to US size garages/parking spots. If you need to open the car doors completely to get out of your car, don't even try to park down there."
