"Not really clean rooms, found hairs in the bathroom and stains on the toilet button. Also stains on the carpet and on the armchair, overall impression a bit neagtive therefore. Windows strongly leaking. Staff very friendly and supportive. Garage small but very convenient for hotel guests. Very good breakfast."

"The room was nice and the bed firm - just what I need. The temperature in the room was a bit too hot, even after turning the heating down and opening the window for a few minutes. Short drive to MUC airport and short walk into the city center to have a last supper before returning to the US. The parking in the garage is challenging, especially if you are used to US size garages/parking spots. If you need to open the car doors completely to get out of your car, don't even try to park down there."

"This location is well located if you have to take a flight out of Munich and is close walking distance to the city centre, where you can find a lot of nice restaurants. However, the WiFi did not reach our room. When I mentioned this to the front desk, he made it sound as if I didn't know how to connect to WiFi. It was insulting. I had to stand out in the hallway and down the hall to get reception. The beds were also very hard and uncomfortable. I normally sleep no problem on any bed but couldn't get a proper sleep on this one. They also tried to charge me 20€ upon checkout even though I had prepaid through the Accor app and had specifically confirmed on check-in that everything was good with the payment."

"On arrival, the hotel has two Google map locations and the wrong one is more prominent than the real one, so it took us a good half an hour to figure out where the right location was. And on check out, the old lady who was working on the counters was extremely rude. As we cane to drop the room key, and since we certain that we had made the payment prior to arrival, she rudely told us, "accommodation isn't free here". So we were shocked on why she had to say such a thing, she then rudely told us how she has to take payment. We showed her the payment debit message from my bank confirming that the hotel had actually taken the money off my account, but she insisted she must take the payment as she didn't care or even trust our bank messages. Awful individual she was."

"we have stayed with Accor hotels for years now. I expected more from Mercure !! Our room was in the older building and that's ok nice high ceilings paid for a suite, there were no towels in the room. Went to front desk where we simply handed me a stack of towels, maybe this how you do it. Do your own house keeping. Then as it turned to evening we had no working lights in the tv part of the suite. Don't know if it was burnt out or simply didn't work. Also the one bathroom light by the mirror did not work either. The big reset you now get less for more. Won't be staying at Mercure or Ibis again."

"Overall the room was ok. There were some issues though. 1. The walls in the shower looked like there was mold between the tiles. It's like it hasn't been actually scrubbed in a while. 2. The carpets had stains all over them. Didn't give the tenant a feeling of cleanliness. 3. The pillows were just sad. They were super flat and was as if they had no stuffing at all. Even when I folded the pillow in half two times it wasn't rough to support my head at all. You definitely need to invest in a much better quality pillow. Otherwise, everything was fine. The staff was very polite and helpful. The location is very convenient. Overall, it was a good stay, but not a great one"

"We thought you were an airport hotel but you were no closer than any other hotel in Freising. We booked 5 weeks early but you gave us a room on the "noisy" street side. I have never seen dirtier carpets in a hotel. Breakfast was good but way too expensive at $25pp. In any other hotel it would have been included. I rarely complain about hotels but this needed to be said."

"The hotel was an easy walk from the train station. The room was good although the low beams over the bed posed a bit of a problem when getting up during the night. We asked for a 5am wake-up call which never came, not even by the time we exited the hotel at 5.30am. Accommodation is limited in Freising so this is a good choice."

"Great location, 5 min to center and 7 min to train and bus to airport. The hotel is in two buildings, one with and one without AC. The rooms have been recently renovated in a tastefully matter, they are comfortable and well appointed. Those facing the river and the garden are quiet. All very good except for the desk staff, uniformly uninspired, unhelpful and uninformed."

"This hotel is in a good location for visiting Freising. You can walk everywhere. The room was very clean and tidy. But we overlooked the noisy road to so kept the window closed at night. The Aircon didn't manage to keep the room cool. The "double bed" was two singles pushed together. Not great for a couple."

"Enjoyable stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable and satisfied our needs. The breakfast was very good. I was disappointed as the room I booked was a Superior double which slept three. The room I was given had two single beds. It looked different to the image on the website and there were no bathrobes as per the description. The staff told me this was a Superior room but to me it was not."

"We were only here for one night but it was nice, we wish we had more time but our train was delayed. Everything was great, there was even a mini fridge. The only thing(s) of concern was the hairdryer. It had some very sticky and grungy residue on it and it also didn't work at all. The beds also slid apart extremely easily which was uncomfortable if you're sharing the bed with your partner. Great location and friendly staff. 10 minute walk to everything. The airport shuttle was more expensive than Uber though, which was strange. In total, would stay again."

"Arrived at 10 pm hungry and tired. Were told bar closes at 10. Asked where we could go to eat, and we were told everything closes at 10. But we could buy something in a carton, heat up in microwave and eat in the lobby. Not pleasant at all. Carpet very dirty in the lobby. Room bathroom was not appealing. Took photos. One good thing was the breakfast. Would never stay here or recommend to anyone."

"I arrived inside hotel and I got a room, where was no light = i got to use lamp, no ventilation= i got to use air fen and they were connected to same electricity plug. So you did have to choose, if you will have light in middle of room or fresh air. Bathroom looked from top overview really nice, but when you did lay in bath - there was a lot of unpleasent things seen from this point of view. For a big price of 250 Euro per night, not so much pleasent experience."

"I organized a conference at this hotel for ca. 30 people. We received friendly and competent support in all matters. Internet was available for free, the data transfer rate was sufficient to offer this as hybrid conference (on-site and on-line). Staff was friendly and accommodated all of our needs and requests for support. The only drawback was that once I entered my hotel room, the drain of the sink in the bathroom was blocked with a stopped, which could not be moved. The staff was not able to fix this. Luckily my Swiss pocket knife had a feature which allowed me to loosen the stuck stopper. At the very least I would have expected that in addition to an apology the parking fee for one day (8€) would have been waived. This was not the case. Otherwise everything was really nice - including all meals."
