"I don't like coming late to a hotel without a door man. I did not see the email with the lock code and the front door was locked when I arrived. There was someone in the lobby who opened the door and told me I should have received an email with the code on it. I looked and found it. This should have been made transparent when booking the reservation."

"It was nice enough, could have been cleaner, but the cleaning personnel is probably told to rush and are underpaid. There was a dead fly smushed to the wall in the bathroom. The floors were nice and clean. We could have used extra towels. A plastic ring on the window blinds broke, and was quickly replaced by the clerk at the check in. Maybe replace them with metal, if they break that often. There were people standing in front of the hotel talking loudly during the night, it would have been nice if someone would have told them to keep quiet. The AC wouldn't cool, even if the window was fully closed."

"Easy to find, comfortable parking. Personell was kind and fast. The air conditioning worked well and the shower was functioning very well. Unfortunately the floors were not cleaned and the previous guest had cut his toenails and they were still on the floor."

"It is well located near the train station and within the M zone so the public transport tickets are the cheapest. The rooms were also good and had all the facilities. The only issue was the low sound proofing from outside, and a lack of refrigerator in the room."

"Chose the hotel because it was closed to ISPO at Munchen Messe. Turned out to be a great choice - very convenient, I walked to and from the event. Hotel itself is very much a no-frills experience, which is reflected in the price. That's not a criticism. This is an excellent budget option. Breakfast was kind of chaotic, but again a good selection considering it was included in what was a very reasonable price for the stay. Recommended for those on a tight budget."

"I arrived late at night and i hadnt been informed about reception being closed and auto check in. I didnt see the machine and was worried i couldnt enter, luckily somer other client opened the door and I found a worker that helped me with check in. An email with previous instructions would have been nice in order to know the procedure. The breakfast was the worst I've ever had in a hotel - so little choice."

"Reservation was cancelled on the same day without giving notice even though a phone number was provided. A more expensive room was available for the first night (stay was okay) but I had to relocate to another hotel for the second night. I will recommend our colleagues not to stay here again."

"We two Indian businessmen had the opportunity to stay for attending the INHORGENTA Exhibition in Munich. The process to book and then check-in in was very simple. Our stay was pleasant. The famous department stores are in the neighborhood to buy our daily necessities. The breakfast is 10 Euro per person per night extra but it is justified.
