"The location is relatively good, 15 minutes walk to the underground station and also Airport Shuttle. But not great at the same time. Customer service was extremely horrible, my worst experience with Accor Hotel group in general. Receptionist name Eryna was so rude and and horrible."

"I felt the room was cold & could not adjust the fan and heating settings. Also, there was no hook (haken) to hang the wet bath towel - it seems to have not been replaced after it was removed/came off. On my second day I noticed that the bathroom was smelling - the water drainage point in the bathroom floor was uncovered."

"We had booked three rooms for our family vacation, believing the location was ideal—extremely close to the BMW museum, Nymphenburg castle, and the city center. However, the amenities were far from average, even for an IBIS. There were no tea cups or a kettle in any of the rooms, and the heating was non-existent, leaving the temperature only a few degrees higher than outside. To make matters worse, the telephone in one of the rooms was dead. To get the number to call reception, I had to make a trip to the reception desk. When I asked for the number, the staff member provided it but kept repeating it, despite my pointing out that there were no numbers indicated on the phone. This lack of understanding and unwillingness to assist made the situation frustrating. To sum up, the attitude of some of the staff was highly undesirable and unprofessional. There were no greetings or smiles, and when I tried to explain the issue with the telephone, they simply repeated the number without any further understanding. It was clear that the lack of hospitality was evident among some of the staff members."

"For a room surely designed for business travellers, the singular location of a socket next to the bathroom door, about as far away from the desk as possible, seemed completely unreasonable. To work at my laptop, I needed to move a chair across the room and use it as a desk while I sat on the bed. The scraped paint on the wall in this location spoke of countless other travellers who had been required to make the same ludicrous compromise. The room also comes without a kettle, forcing guests to journey downstairs and pay for their coffee in the morning. Staff at the hotel are lovely but this does not compensate for lazy and inconvenient design features that inhibit comfortable business travel."

"We were very disappointed and displeased with the way Patrick was treated. He was forced to pay over 700 euro for a room, which was a mistake made on your behalf and humiliated by the night receptionist in front of other guests. In my experience this could of been handled with more professionalism. This brought a lot of stress upon Patrick and because of this almost ruined his experience in München."

"The room was ok but the bathroom "pod" was not great (door clunked open and shut, floor creaked). The price was expensive although this may be due to the Munich Octoberfest that was on during our stay. The location was ok but a long way out of the centre of Munich."
