"Not good extremely expensive check in and out process was really slow and the bar manager took a grudge against some members of our company party and deliberately ignored us Andover looked us for long periods at night in the bar. Because one of our senior general managers complained about lack of food in the evening the bar team took out a vendetta. It was not a good experience."

"Room with scoff marks on the wall, shade of lamp dirty after somekind of liquid got on it, the one sofa chair in the room with a big stain, minibar not restocked as well coffee cups not replaced. My 8th time at the hotel and first time I experiance anything else the great hotel. Needs some quality control form head of maid. Even came a silverfish in the bathroom and the toilet seat is yellow in colour!"
