"The hotel is conveniently located and the staff is friendly and helpful. However the room was filthy, particularly the bathroom. The door hadn't been cleaned, there were fingerprints and splashes all over. There was also a pink liquid on the side of the sink. I asked the front desk to notify housekeeping that I wasn't satistified with the cleaniness of the bathroom and that it needed to be addressed. However, when I returned back, the same filth remained."

"I spent about a week at this hotel, it was a very easy walk to the exhibition hall and Brainlab headquarters, and had great access to the train station and the mall and a handful of good restaurants. I had a few nice chats with the staff, all of whom were multilingual. The breakfast had good variety, was tasty and well presented."

"I felt very disrespected when ask for help about the TV function. Despite ALL being an international entity, the program offered is only in local languages. There was no consideration for foreigners. Why don't you allow chromecast or screen mirror so that the hotel guests at least have something to watch in the language they understand. Otherwise, why bother to accept foreign guests if your priority if those can speak local language?"

"Not the first hotel within Accor that has insufficient All Accor training for their reception staff. It is so tiring to argue with a front desk agent to add the All number in Opera. Yes the rate is eligible, no you do not need to book via the All Accor App. Now (again) i have to send my invoice, spend time that i do not have. For a rate of 230EUR per night, can we not properly train staff? Makes me want to go back to Hilton Hotels where staff actually gets held responsible for their knowledge (or lack thereof). On top of that, housekeeping is rather harsh, a forceful knock at 8am, followed by an open door 0,1 seconds later gives guests zero chance to react. Outsourced Fremdfirma with zero chances of accountibility too my guess. Restaurant and Breakfast were excellent but slightly overstaffed with minimum 8 trainees running the breakfast area whilst the reception struggles to keep up with demand."

"Firstly I was recieved by a blondie girl (Lea is her name, not sure). She was complaining all the time and with a bad attention, she was rude. At the the end I saw a lot of people doing check in and receiving gengir bread (two per couple) as a wellcome and when I asked her she was rude again, gave me only one, I took some time to understand her attitude and definitely was unacceptable. When we got at the room for my surprise I found a strong smelling and the sink was clogged. I really couldn’t stay in the room, the smell was too strong. I asked another girl in the reception and she transfered us to another room. I would not recommend the hotel. For a city like Munich I really expect a good welcome."

"We visited for a total of 6 nights. The location was highly convenient, being located immediately off the S2 U-bahn line, making travel via public transportation extremely easy. The breakfast buffet included in our room rate was also very well managed. The room and bathroom were both spacious and clean. "The staff was very friendly and kind. It was our second time in this hotel (the first one was 8 years before) and unfortunately, this time I felt uncomfortable in the room. The carpet had many stains, the curtains were a bit torn, the window didn’t close well, the door to the toilet was noisy when closing and the coffee machine didn’t work appropriately."

"We extended our stay after completing a tour with a group. Our stay with the group was great and after the group exited our stay did not change. "We were so disappointed with the hotel. We had three rooms booked for the family (5 adults and 2 kids) for six nights. Air conditioning was not working in any of the rooms and two of them had full on sun the whole afternoon. We were only provided with thick blankets, which definitively were no fit for the heath we had inside. As our rooms faced the main plaza, we also couldn't leave the windows open due to the noise outside at night. On top, in our room we also had issues with the shower and toilet - the technician came and kind of fixed it. Apparently basic limescale maintenance is just not done there. Cleaning was also not the best - stains in the bathroom (limescale again) and on the carpet. There is also some renovation work being done in the rooms (two on our floor) - so there is some noise during the day. To not say there were no positives - breakfast was really good, most staff very friendly, and hotel is in front of the metro station. But at the end of the day, I would not go back for that, nor recommend it."

"The hotel looks new (even though it's not), and my hotel room is spacious and clean. The water in the shower had very low water pressure and when I told the housekeeping about it, they said the shower head needs to be replaced and arranged for that to be done first thing the next morning. The water pressure was good after that. Staff are generally responsive and helpful, just that they seem a little short-handed as calls were answered in a hurry."

"In general, it was ok, however, there are a couple of comments that 1. We are the family of three (two adults and one child). The extra bed in the room with a column did allow us to move freely in the room. It should have been very obvious to the personnel who placed the bed so inconveniently that there is very little space left between the extra bed and the column. 2. There was something wrong with the hot and cold water. We were having hard time to regulate water temperature and water flow when we were taking a shower. On the upside, breakfasts at the hotel were just perfect."
