Located just 5 minutes away on foot, the direct U-Bahn and S-Bahn rail connections whisk you into the city centre in only 15 minutes.There are also outstanding traffic connections to Munich Trade Fair, the International Congress Center and the airport.
We are located in the district of Neuperlach, close to prestigious companies like Siemens, Wacker Chemie or Allianz, as well as Munich´s second largest shopping centre, the PEP (Perlacher Einkaufs Passagen).

Take the S-Bahn, Line S-8 to Ostbahnhof
from there, take the U-Bahn, Line U-5 to the last stop, Neuperlach Süd.
Use the Carl-Wery-Straße WESTSEITE/Schindlerplatz exit from the U-Bahn station, proceed straight ahead about 200 meters along Maximilian-Kolbe-Allee,
then left into Therese-Giehse-Allee.

From the Hauptbahnhof, take the U-5 to the last stop, Neuperlach Süd.

"I booked through Revolut. The place turned out to be better than anticipated. The booking steps and the responsiveness of the staff were outstanding. Located in a calm neighbourhood, good sound isolation, I can't recall hearing any noise. Easily accessible, 5 minutes walk from metro and bus stations, and comfortable 35 minutes from ICM International Congress Center Messe München where we attended the ESC 2026 congress. Good amenities around the area. Friendly polyglot staff members who were very accommodating and nice. Despite the heat wave and the high temperature, although no AC available, the provided fan did wonders to be frank."

"I have left my reviews in the room. Overall experience is good. Friendly door opening and taking card process. Cleanliness is perfect Detail care is appreciated. Sewing kit water bottle care is appreciated Bed cushions cover need to be improved. Alot of lint on it. And i think on bed more pillow is good to feel comfortable. Tv should be smart or with youtube links. Peacefull environment. Sound proof. Good mattress. Breafast is not so good. Warm water for tea finishedand coffe is cold. So not according to the standard. "the room was a little small for three people, and walks inside the room was hard. however, the room was clean and the furnitures was nice. In the shower, to get hot water you need to let a lot of water run before you feel the pleasant temperature. maybe because we were on the third floor, but it is a waste. the restaurant is very good!"

"The structure met our expectations, good location, good value, and a room with the bare essentials. Reception hours were limited. When we returned the second night, shortly after 11:00 PM, the card that unlocks the hotel didn't work, and we pressed the button to contact reception. The person answering, who was from another hotel in the chain, couldn't resolve the issue because they said they didn't have a list of the guests staying. After over half an hour of calls, they somehow unlocked the door and we entered. This type of situation needs to be handled more efficiently and professionally: we almost ended up spending the night outside—absurd!"

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel. I was lucky enough to also receive an earlier check-in time, so I could go off to work in peace later that afternoon. Great compact room with all you need to have a comfortable work trip. Definitely recommend. I would caution that breakfast was not included in my price - so pick a more lux option for your room if you want breakfast included. It is not so much of an issue though because there is a bakery maybe 2 minutes walk from the hotel."

"Nice hotel, close to the train station and only one U-bahn away from the city center. Self check-in was amazing. Only con was the noise in the morning, it was really loud after 8 am. We went for the Oktoberfest and it worked great for us."

"The hotel is very well situated in a quiet street with free parking. Th u-bahn is only a 5 minutes walk from the Hotel. The vintage Italian restaurant is super. The room was clean and big enough with a reasonable desk to do some work. Good Wifi too. I missed the waterboiler to make some coffee or tea in the rooM."

"I was super late for check-in, but they have this machine at the entrance that takes care of check-in and other needs during your stay (like when you lose your keycard). The customer service was great; they were very friendly and helpful. They reply to emails quite fast compared to other hotels I had stayed at before. The room was clean too. My room did not have AC, which I missed during my booking, but they provided a fan during summer, so it was fine for me."

"Me and my family had a 4 night staying in April. We enjoyed the hotel very much: quite, clean, close to U-Bahn, markets around, magnificent breakfast and a nice cuddling puppy that our 6 year old daughter attached to it during our staying. We didn't know if we can take it so we asked if we can buy it. Instead, the hotel oferred us the toy as a gift. You cannot imagine the happiness on may daughter's face. We named him Blattl. :))) We want to come and visit again München as we did not cover everything that we wanted. We will surely look for a room here, first."

"The hotel is located near the metro line in a safe and silent district. The room is clean, the bathroom as well. The staff is very helpful and gentle. The only thing that we appreciated less is the bed as it is not a real matrimonial but French bed which was't a problem for us."
