"The Hotel Europa in Munich offers an excellent overall experience thanks to the quality of its staff, who are always helpful and friendly, both at the restaurant and the reception. The restaurant stands out for its varied selection and high-quality dishes, while the breakfast is plentiful, well-assorted, and of a high standard. However, the only downside concerns the cleanliness of the rooms: we noticed that towels were not changed (we had to request them) and there was dust on the floor. By improving this aspect, the hotel could ensure a perfect stay."

"On Sunday night I was informed that I could extend my room to 5 pm with a charge. When I wanted tp pay the following morning the 'new' reception staff was not willing to honour this request and proceeded to blame their colleague for assisting me the night before. He called his manager and they both proceeded to make a big fuss shouting and saying that she was new to the job and had no idea what she was talking about. I had shifted plans to accommodate the timings- changed my flights, booked a tour etc. This interaction was uncomfortable, unprofessional and frankly left me shocked at how unfriendly they were towards customers. I work in customer service and do not throw blame towards colleague regardless of what they have said or done when trying to help. I was actually glad to leave Germany at that point. It was not the extension of the room, it was the manner in which they dealt with the issue. The room was great and large for a single room. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good."

"Great value for money- I had a superior room for 3 days in November 2024. Pleasant staff, modern room and hotel. Distance to downtown as expected and I chose this hotel due to the price compared to other more central hotels. Breakfast buffet, 15 EUR/ person, was huge and of really good quality. "Hotel was easy to get to on public transportation. Super friendly staff and clean well appointed rooms. Reasonably priced breakfast with lots of options. We did not explore the area around the hotel as we were there for Oktoberfest which was about 20 minutes away on public transportation. My only complaint were the pillows. VERY flat, even with 2 pillows they were not comfortable at all. The bed otherwise was comfortable. Could have used more water pressure in the shower but it seemed typical for a hotel. I would stay here again."

"Very nice hotel with well decorated interior, front desk staff were helpful and readily available, room was larger than expected, small fridge available, bathroom large and nice shower that doesn't leak everywhere. Breakfast had a good assortment of items, nothing amazing but overall an easy option for the morning. Parking under the building was a decent price and a nice option. There's a streetcar stop one block away and goes straight to the old town city center. Also within walking distance to parks, restaurants, and a Lidl nearby. It was cool out during our stay so we didn't need A/C so can't comment there. Disliked · Overall the bed was comfortable but the edges were squishy so felt like you might roll off. Parking garage is a tight squeeze (normal for downtown areas) so might be an issue for some people. Bathroom fan was only okay, we opened the room window to get some better ventilation."

"4 night stay. Spacious room and bathroom. Glad to have secure car parking on-site. Stairs from carpark and to room a bit tricky with wheeled luggage. "The mirror in the desk wasnt cleaned and also i was dirty in the drain in the sjower and aroung the handle in where you put the showerhead. The service in the bare was really slow, the bartender put our drink at the bar and went and did other stuff before they served them too us. Good drinks. The rooms where big and gave the same impressions as the pictures when we booked the hotel. The receptionist where really nice and helpful and communicqted great. "I stayed for one night with my companion and my overall experience was good. The hotel room was roomy with a nice classy sofa/bench. The bed was comfortable and clean. The AC was really good and quiet. Bathroom was interesting with its glass wall between the bedroom and the bathroom. This glass wall had an electrically opening curtain which was a nice extra touch into the hotel room. We opted for the breakfast. Mostly really good options and good quality but in my opinion the scrambled eggs was not too good. Lastly about the reception service. Our receptionist was friendly and nice. The check-in and out were quick and easy! I would recommend this hotel in Munich for its good location and proximity to the main station as well as the Olympic Park."
