"Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Walls were not clean (spots and stains). I didn't like the carpet. I would have preferred hardwood floors. The shower was really awkward. There were no shower curtain or anything to stop water. The bathroom was flooded after every shower."

"Quite disappointed with the quality of Maritim this time. The bathroom is not clean we see mould around the bathtub area. The water block of basin is broken so we see through the water pipe directly while using water every time in the bathroom which is so unpleasant to see as it is not clean. Moreover we also found a strangers sock under the bed. Really doubt the cleanses of floor as well. Pool and wellness facility is closed which was not mentioned in the checked in and we got to know it has been closed for 2 years it was mentioned in the website the long-term close situation but just renovation. No kettle in the room we had to ask for it and therefore we were on waiting list The good part of the hotel is location which is super close to HBF but the neighbourhood is suspicious. All in all this hotel will be the least choice while in Munich."
