"As a flight crew, we stayed at your hotel in Munich on October 22nd, after a long overnight flight. We had booked three rooms for three nights. Upon arrival, we kindly asked the receptionist if we could access the breakfast service after settling into our rooms, even if just for a coffee and a croissant. This request was categorically refused, which we accepted without insisting, despite the already rather unwelcoming reception we had experienced. I had specifically requested a quiet room, but to my surprise, someone attempted to enter my room in the middle of the night, as well as the rooms of my colleagues, which woke us all up. Furthermore, at 7:30 in the morning, I was again disturbed by hammering noises coming from a neighboring room. This morning, I also reported an unsettling noise in the elevator to the same receptionist, who greeted me with a condescending attitude before reluctantly checking the issue. This series of incidents is far from acceptable for a hotel of your standard. As a community of pilots who regularly stay at reputable hotels, we are extremely disappointed by this experience and will not return to your establishment. We hope you will take the necessary measures to improve your services in the future. Sincerely, TURBE 539"

"For a hotel of this expectation by myself I was totally disappointed. After long days out as a tourist, there is no relaxation available. The only English channels on TV are American news channels. How hard is it to provide streaming channels. The bed is hard, not as comfortable as cheaper hotels I have enjoyed. Needs USB ports as well."

"We were not very happy with this room, my room number 666.the roof was too low, easy to hit your head, the kids touched even several times. The bathroom was not blocked and water was always splashing out and all over the place."

"We were not very happy with this room, my room number was 666. this roof was too low and easy to bump heads, the kids bumped their heads several times. The bathroom is unobstructed and water is always splashing out and all over the place, making it especially easy to slip and fall. It feels like there are dangers everywhere!"

"The attention of the staff at the reception is quite apathetic and unprofessional, we did not receive friendly, cordial and professional treatment, which is what one always expects when arriving tired from a trip. The detail of giving you the water bottles at the reception is regrettable, as if one were not already burdened enough with their suitcases, having to carry the water bottle."

"You should consider closing the entrance onto the front street as this is not a good impression. Used the back entrances and walked round to courtyard which was much nicer. Having to pay for sauna is poor. Pool was nice."

"Breakfast at Münich Maritim was disapointment. We had breakfast 3 times. Every morning there was lack of bread, fruits, sausages etc etc. For example only at the first morning there was available orangejuice with pulp. I get 1 glass before it run out. Juice machine wasn't loaded at 3 days. At The table there was coffee cup and milk jug, but not at once waitress came and asked If we would have coffee. In my opinion breakfast was heavily overpriced (25€)."

"Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Walls were not clean (spots and stains). I didn't like the carpet. I would have preferred hardwood floors. The shower was really awkward. There were no shower curtain or anything to stop water. The bathroom was flooded after every shower."
