"This was a family trip, 2 adults and one child as per the booking details. I specifically upgraded to a junior suite due to having a sofa bed to accommodate the three of us. The sofa bed was not made up when we arrived, I tried to call repeatedly to the front office with no response so I went down to request this. The main bedroom area comprised of two single beds pushed together, however these beds were not attached and even putting an arm in the centre when sleeping would result in the beds parting and falling down the middle. This is just a brief example of basic, fundamentals that were missing. We also ordered room service for our daughter, the food was clearly already prepared as they were unable to accommodate any adjustments to the pasta, the quality of the food was terrible. It was basic pasta done very poorly with the sauce dried up. I could expand but feel this gives more flavour than the pasta to explain the rating."

"Great location, right by the train station. Directed us to a great beer garden where we sat outside and enjoyed the experience. The beds were very comfortable. We left early in the morning before breakfast which was part of our package. The kitchen had prepared 2 meals for us (in lovely bags) consisting of water, juice, pastries, fresh fruit, and 2 sandwiches each! Very thought! Nice stay."

"We had an amazing experience. Hotel is very nice and the staff is super friendly and very helpful. They also went the extra mile for our son..it was his birthday and when the front desk guy found out he rushed to the back and brought him a chocolate egg and small Lego set. The breakfast has a huge selection and is delicious. The pool is unique but a lot of fun, and the staff in the spa catered to families very well. Would stay at again and recommend to others."

"We stayed at Sofitel during our participation in Bauma in Munich. Everything was wonderful, the hotel is very luxurious and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Although breakfast was a bit crowded on some days, the staff did their best to accommodate everyone. Special thanks to Duty Manager Mr. Umut who was exceptionally helpful and friendly. He consistently checked in to ensure our stay was going well and asked if we needed anything. Outstanding customer care. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely be back."
