"* When i arrived at the hotel for a business trip , though my room had already been 100% prepaid with a business credit card (via ACCOR's official website), they informed me that my reservation was VOID. Till my arrival in the hotel, no such notification has been sent to me via ACCOR. * There was a big issue with the pressure of the hot water in the shower ( i had a room on the 2nd floor on the back yard ). The flow of the hot water was almost inexistent. * The staff of the company was polite and ready to help , at any time."

"We had a room at the back, de luxe courtyard, which was comfortable and quiet. The hotel is very convenient for transport, shops and restaurants. The centre of Munich and other parts of the city are easy to access by U-bahn. The staff are also very friendly and helpful."

"Hotel staff were very helpful throughout my stay and were able to provide directions and recommendations as needed. But the room was very dusty on walls, doors, furniture, etc. There were also random stains on curtains and walls. The room didn't feel clean. Also didn't like there was no luggage rack or table big enough for luggage. And the blanket on the bed was so small. The bed itself was about a foot wider than the blanket. How does that make sense. I stayed in room 211 which is at the end of a long hallway. The hallway lights are motion activated so walking from elevator to room is fine but opening my room into a very dark hallway to leave was a bit disconcerting."

"It was okay, but there were some issues. There was a constant air conditioning noise in both the room and the bathroom’s ventilation. The shower drained slowly, and the water pressure at the bathroom faucet was too high, causing water to splash out. Additionally, there was no main light in the room"

"Clean room, air con didn't really work but too noisy to open the windows. Windows were very good at insulating out the sound of the road. Double bed is 2 singles pushed together with no binder or mattress cover so very obviously 2 singles. Not helped by them being slightly different heights. Duvet was too warm for the weak air con. Pillows were non existent. Put in a disabled room because the hotel was full - bathroom great, unclear how a person in a wheelchair would get around the rest of the room because it's so tight."

"The room that has been given to me was not the room that I booked and paid for. I booked a double room with a queen size bed and it was a small bed for only one person with a little tiny cover. I explained the situation at one of you at the reception and received the following answer: « as the hotel was full and I was alone, I was not given the expected room but a smaller one for you to be able to give two persons a double room, the manager knows it and this situation happens sometimes ». In addition to that it really seems like the room had not been used and cleaned for quite a long time because I found a lot of dust and dirty areas/things in the room. You will find below several pictures of the room showing: - the weird and dry liquid on the bottle of water - the yellow edges of the chair - the black marks on the curtain - the dust on the kettle and the tea tray - the marks on the mirror - the marks on the soap dish - the dirty shower grout - the holes on the little tiny blanket - the small bed - the dirt of the toilet push button."

"Location was not too bad, 15 min walk from the underground, however not much else open nearby and very quiet. The room was quite small for a twin. Two people means two suitcases and we both could not have our suitcases open at the same time. Beds needed extra pillows and another blanket to be comfortable. Water in room was free so a bonus. People at front desk were ok, but not super friendly. Overpriced but sufficient."

"I booked a "Deluxe room with double bed, courtyard", advocated as "More space to relax! Enjoy these spacious rooms, quietly located facing the courtyard. Free bottle of water on arrival, high quality beds, 32 inch flat screen TV, safe, shower and free wi-fi." Since the space was divided over two floors, it did not feel spacious at all. The bed was put away in a corner on the higher floor, just below the roof. On the sixth floor, "facing the courtyard" does not mean anything, as you do not experience a courtyard. I did not see one. The room was quite hot being just below the roof. I did not see airconditioning. I used the parking garage, which is so very narrow, that it took a long time to park the car. Once parked, I had to leave the car on the passenger side, as on the driver side there was no room to open the door. I would not book here again."

"I stayed here for 3 nights and generally enjoyed my stay (quiet room facing the courtyard, possibility to open the windows, clean room, plenty of outlets for charging devices, great location/ short walk to Münchner Freiheit underground station). I also really liked that there was more than one towel even though I had booked the room for one person only and there was a free bottle of sparkling water and coffee/ tea (kettle). Main points of criticism are that the WiFi was either extremely spotty or didn't work at all (i.e. I had to mostly use roaming to connect) and that the water pressure in the shower could have been stronger. Other than that, I would stay here again (decent value for money)."

"Hotel clean and well kept. 1st Room ( standard ) was on the first floor right above reception and a garage door to the hotel parking . Noise of the garage door opening and closing at all times of the day and night kept waking me up during the night , along with the noise of the traffic of the busy road outside the hotel . After 3 nights of not sleeping well, I asked to be moved to a higher floor . The reception staff were very helpful and I was able to move to a room that was garden facing. The last two night of my stay were much better and the room was quiet. The breakfast had plenty of choice for all nationalities . The restaurant staff were very welcoming ."

"When our booking.com accommodation we had planned to use for the opening weekend of Euro 2024 turned out not to exist, Mercure saved the day by giving us a room at a reasonable price for 4 days.
