"All very comfortable and neat, however your systems do not allow enough flexibility when it comes to the booking details: with the online reservation there was no option to book breakfast for an adult and a kid under 12; while on reception desk junior breakfast was twice cheaper. And hotel staff was not able to change the reservation in order to offer discounted rate. The same with not used for the second night breakfast: although it was not actually required, hotel was not able to refund"

"Unfortunately, I was waked up by the loud construction noise which was caused by the construction site just opposite to my room no. 113. The construction site is only 20m away of my windows. The works started at 8am and woke me up. I had conference call at 9am and the noisy sound affected my meeting when I needed to talk."

"I asked for breakfast and even if I paied they did not allow me to take the buffet breakfast, the offered me just the option for bread and coffee (the breakfast room was almost empty). I spent more than 15 min just to leave the key at the check out, even though everything was paied. The last day I asked for a quiet room/ space for a business call the lady told me we do not have a room and after 15 min they found a space with music. After many attempts they decide to switch off it. Finally I asked for a taxi they forgot to book in advance despite my request and I miss the train. When I complained the lady at the reception told me: thank you! People at the reception effectively are not understanding English and are arrogant and insolent."

"For work (and holiday of course) I spend many time in hotels. But also invite guests to hotels in my area. I found 180 Euro's per night not in line for the quality of the hotel. The staff by the way were very friendly, polite and helpfull. The rooms are clean for sure, but very old and not according to the minimal standard of 2023. Time stands still. This goes for the breakfast menu as well. This is not what I would expect nowadays."

"The hotel is conveniently located across the tram stations, and there is Kaufland just besides it. So groceries shopping is easy. The rooms are clean too. Downside is I was not allowed to get into the carpark until I am checked-in, and there is very limited space outside the hotel to temporarily stop the car for check-in. I was asked to move the car at twice during my wait to check-in. Worst still, it was raining heavily then, and I gotta run to my car. I do not know why I am not allowed to get the car into the carpark before I check-in."

"Room was way too hot to sleep in because the airconditioning didn’t work. Housekeeping showed up at 08:30 to clean the rooms on a Saturday while we where still getting ready. The room itself was very small but contained the bare necessities, too bad you could hear everything in the hallway and the neighbouring rooms. To finish things of, the first morning at 07:30 construction/maintenance was being done next to our window, the window that had to be open because of the heat."

"The hotel advertises air conditioning but when we stepped into our room, it was like a sauna. The front desk staff were overworked and therefore not very helpful. After two trips to the front desk (there are no phones in the room) they agreed to come and unlock the window. It was still too warm to sleep much, not now had a room full of cigarette smoke because everyone stepped out to smoke right under us. The room was small but cute but we would not stay again."

"The hotel is very well located, easy access to public transport and highways. There is a parking lot inside the building what make easy if you have a car. The staff is very receptive and helpful, always ready to answer questions. "Room was a good size, with room and hotel being very clean. Room was a little on the warm side without the air conditioning, which did not seem to cool the bathroom as much, but not a major problem. "I stayed here for a trade show in Munich and was very pleasantly surprised. It is a short 10 minute walk to the U-bahn and then 10 minutes to the Messe. Or a 15 minute tram ride the other way to the inner city. Hotel is very clean, check in -Renate - was super nice and made my early arrival very pleasant. Rooms are a bit small, but its only me, so it was fine and I had plenty of room for all. Will definitely come back to this hotel."

"Before my stay I got an email for “pre check-in” for my stay from “Accor Live Limitless (ALL)”, I completed it and payed them €370 euros that implied it covered my stay. When I left the hotel, I was charged for my stay again, such that really I fell for a scam from the pre checkin. So I’m out €370 euros. The email appeared to have my travel information. The person at the desk appeared to not know what the charge was. I think you should check your bookings online and help other people who book to not fall for the same thing I did."

"We had a less positive experience than normally. This was caused by 2 issues: 1. The rooms are way too hot and it is not possible to lower temperature without opening the window. The window could just be opened a bit. The staff was used to this complaint and upon signing a kind of waiver (which we didn’t) they could have the window fully opened. The heating from airconditioning was switched off and the root cause appears to be a very high temperature setting. In these times of gas shortages and focus on sustainability it felt very bad to have to open the window in winter to cool down the room. Especially for such a new building. 2. Our car was parked outside at the back of the hotel. When at night returning from city Center we noticed 2 guys trying to break in our car. Luckily we were just in time to have them run away after shouting at them. Although this of course cannot be blamed on the hotel, the situation can be approved by installing more light sources and a camera at the back. One camera was already installed at the entrance after earlier similar issues. Reported this to staff and they were helpful and immediately checked the situation outside. Overall staff was very nice, location is in an upcoming area, but very well connected to city Center by tram. Did not use breakfast, instead went to excellent local bakery next to tram stop. Bathroom en beds are okay!"

"The venue is good. Tram No. 21 gets you to Munich city center in 20-30 minutes. The interior design of the lobby and rooms is nice. The area is quiet and no construction is taking place. The reception desk is open 24/7. All the staff are friendly and polite. It is possible to buy chocolates and drinks from the refrigerator in the lobby (very good for midnight). The bar is open late at night (maybe also 24/7). There is a printer in the lobby that can be used. The rooms, beds, showers were very clean. They do room cleaning everyday. Rooms are small and not so much space for luggage, but I could manage. It would be much better if there was tea/coffee preparation stuff. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel was easy to find and the staff helpful upon arrival including describing parking arrangements (secure & below the hotel) and how to travel into city centre (tram stop very close). Breakfast was continental and good. Only downside, the air con was not working. We got into the room and the curtains had been left open so it was like an overnight (it was west facing). We tried the air conditioning but it didn’t work at all. Although miraculously it was working in the morning which suggests the hotel turn it off. Not sure I would stay again based on this."

"Well located budget hotel. The amenities are basic but sufficient. The only downside of our stay was the fact that despite booking a late check-out for our departure day, our room key cards (and the room AC) stopped working at the normal check-out time, and it was an unnecessary inconvenience to return to the front desk to re-enable them once we realized they had already been deactivated. The hotel clerk who reactivated one card for us asked how much longer we still planned to stay. Her snide and clipped tone made it feel as though she was insinuating that we were inconveniencing the hotel with the service we paid for."
