"We stayed in IBIS Muenchen City Sued as a family with two small children (4 and 2 years old). We benefited from the Family Offer, meaning we had two adjacent rooms for a great rate. The rooms were nicely equipped and very clean, just as we are used to when staying with IBIS. What stood out this time was the excellent service we received, both from the Front Desk staff and, in particular, from the breakfast team. It's so easy to treat guests as guests, but in this hotel, particularly during breakfast, we felt treated as a father, a mother, and two kids. The team gave us a feeling of appreciation and respect, probably because of the long experience we could notice. They were very attentive, friendly, and caring, which I did not take as natural for a breakfast team. They truly made us feel at home during our three days there. This was among the best hotel experiences we had in a long time. We look forward to staying in this hotel again, in particular because of this outstanding service."

"This is the 3rd year we have used the hotel for our Oktoberfest stay , it's a very good base to explore Munich and visit the Fest . Good for public transport links . A bad start when the room we were given had a naked couple on the bed when we opened the door , but that was put right after I told reception ( a couple with a similar name had been given our room in error) . We were given a different room . Breakfast is a very good buffet ."

"We was here for the second time during Oktoberfest and find this hotel friendly and with nice and solution-oriented staff. Breakfast is good but a point to be improved would be that the customers could have time-slot for the breakfast as at some "prime-time" in the morning there are no free tables. The room was tidy and good cleaned every day. We'll be back next year."

"Hand and shower soap was not refilled. Had to remind receptionist twice. Room was next to lift which I have asked to change and they did immediately which is great. Chamber Maid came into room 1145am without knocking first, check out is 12 noon. Other than that, its alright."

"The reception staff were very helpful. The rooms were basic but that was expected. My room was not cleaned during my stay. When I asked a lovely cleaning lady to do it. She needed to contact her supervisor due to language barrier, which was totally fine. However the supervisor was rude and refused to clean the room claiming I had do not disturb sign earlier. Which was not the case."

"Ibis is a bit far out from the centre but it’s a quick 15 min tram ride and 20 min walk or hop on another tram for 10 mins. Easy to use public transport. Hotel was great 24/7 bar and staff were brilliant. Very friendly and very helpful"

"We stayed for one night as we were travelling through by car. The hotel is not on the main motorways, but is easy to get to and is close enough to the centre of Munich to have a good balance between access and proximity to the centre. Staff were very friendly and rooms were decent, as I would normally expect. Overall very happy with the stay."

"Ibis munich city south stands up to the Ibis standards. Hotel is located a bit far from city center but you can get there very quickly using public transportation from multiple nearby stations. The staff is very friendly helping guests and providing any information they might need. Overall it was a great experience."
