"From the greeting till goodbay everything was perfect. Stuff is super kind, help in any situation, answer questions, give advices. Kitchen is very good, tasty, the waiters polite, friendly. Room was very clean, cleaned daily, superior room was very comfy and I really liked that the room was in the courtyard we can open the window, it was quite. Hotel located in good area, small walk and possible to reach all kinds of public transport. If I come back, I will choose to stay again"

"Overall hotel was good but a major factor of a hotel is sleep. The rooms were so hot and was no way to cool them as you couldn't turn on Aircon. You could open window but as it opens onto a main rd it was too noisy to keep it open. If that wasn't the case I would have rated higher."

"The room was very hot and the climate console did not work. When reported to the reception no reference was made to the console being disfunctional, only the advice that if the room was too hot, I should open the window. As the room is at a busy street, the choice was between not sleeping because of the high temperature or because of the noise."

"The hotel looks better inside than from the outside. Nice room with a nice bathroom. Loved the soap. Good parking garage. Breakfast is not worth eating - very disappointing. Also we booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 children. On arrival we were told that the hotel didn’t have any family rooms. We found another solution. But the bed for the children was only made for one child and not two and we only got 3 towels in the bathroom even though we asked for one more."

"Hospitable, clean, quiet, cozy. Spacious. Well lighted, with large windows everywhere. Nicely and tastefully decorated (in a mainly modern, functional style, with new materials, but in which you may also find some subtle touches of the 70’s special nostalgia…) . Impeccably maintained and managed, in all regards. It is also well situated, notably very close to a tramway station. Excellent buffet-breakfast. The whole, at a fair and reasonable price. A special mention has to be expressed, regarding Sebastian, at the Reception. Professional, sharp, focused, dynamic and efficient, he literally goes out of his way to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Not only does he respond adequately to your requests, but he even takes the initiative to offer you something that you might need, but that you don’t want to bother him with it. He is such a nice and positive human being, with such a formidable smile on his face, that you want to stay at the Reception a bit longer, just to chit-chat with him."

"We checked into our hotel at the end of a snowstorm with limited public transportation available. The staff immediately greeted us upon arrival and gave us all kinds of suggestions for alternative transportation. The room was ready and we were able to check in 2 hours early for no additional fee. The room was VERY comfortable and we felt safe our entire time. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute taxi ride (12E) from the train station and a 7-10 minute walk to the UBahn. There are several small convenience stores in the area also."

"The choices for breakfast were not varied enough. Also, I was sick in bed for two days and I found the support from the hotel quite unsatisfactory for a 4 star hotel. There wasn't any medicine on the premises, they didn't offer to call a doctor, they didn't offer to help me get medicine (I couldn't go out and get it on my own), and there was no room service available for lunch."

"We happened to stay during the last weekend of Oktoberfest, and as we have not been in Munich before it is hard to comment on relative cost. But is was our most expensive stay in 6 weeks in Europe. Room was a good size and comfortable but the lounge was a chaise style and two people could not sit comfortably to read or have a coffee together. The bed was large but round and took some getting used to. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on the Saturday and Sunday nights of our stay. The included breakfast was great with lots of variety. Staff were courteous and helpful."

"Pleasant hotel on the edge of the center. Trouble-free parking in the hotel's underground garage for €13. The room was tidy and clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The beds were just hard. In-room safe, electric kettle or mini-fridge. The free WiFi worked well and reliably. The advantage is the presence of an armchair and a corner sofa, so you don't have to sit on the bed. We only tried the hotel restaurant as a bar - they serve excellent local Hacker Pschorr beer from the brewery not far from the hotel. The breakfast was great - they had everything we could think of, all fresh and replenished."

"Not the first time staying here - the overall experience was positive, even though we faced a couple of issues. 1. Breakfast is tremendous, returned here remembering it was good and was not disappointed. 2. Had no body lotion in the room. I left a note to the maids, and also asked at the reception. It was NEVER  brought into my room during a 4-days stay. Not the service you expect from a 4 star hotel. 3. A friend of mine was staying in another room and had a defective shower. Even though he stayed in a superior room, so you expect things to be working and - at least - fixed if reported, it was also never fixed during his whole stay as well. He was offered a free mini bar at the checkout after his final complaint, but still it's also not the service you expect. 4. The majority of reception personnel were nice and helpful, but one of them was not friendly at all, constantly repeating to any queries "I'm the only one who's working here" and being not really approachable in general. That's the person who was working on check-in on our arrival (17 August) in the afternoon (around 4 pm). Not the best experience as the reception personnel are the representatives of the hotel."

"The hotel was extremely welcoming and the reception staff couldn't have been more helpful; so too were the dining room staff. I stayed for four nights and by then was being treated like family. Bedroom well appointed and very comfortable; constant hot water and excellent shower. I also had dinner - excellent, with delicious wine. There is a charming internal courtyard with plants and trees - lovely to sit in on dry days (it rained every day that I was there). Good access by tram to centre, or easy walk to museum district. Taxis will come quickly. Although on a busy road the windows excluded absolutely every sound. If in Munich again I would stay here."

"The location is good, easy access to central station and tourists places. The breakfast was outstanding with lots of choices and varieties. I asked for a quiet room which my room was really quiet and I am very happy. But I asked for a room with bathtub when I booked the hotel, I still just got a room with shower (but the type of room I booked should have shower). After checked in, I saw a used towel hanging at the back of the bathroom door, guess the cleaning staff did not see that. I also put cups and glasses I have used together to make sure the cleaning staff could see and replace them, but they didn't."

"The room has everything set out perfectly. The beds are very comfortable and the bedding was clean. Having a sofa with a reading light above is great and having spotlights near the bed too. Bathroom showers (rain and handheld) could have had higher pressure, but were still sufficient. Overall bathroom was very clean and had everything. Cleaning services were excellent, with cleaners even restocking the mini bar and replacing used cups and glasses with clean ones every day. The variety and quality of the breakfast is exceptional. Food regularly replenished and tables cleaned quickly."

"We stayed for just two night and wished we could have had longer. Hotel Europa was excellent. The accommodation and public rooms are bright and modern, and very comfortable.
