"In the period from 01 of May till 03 of May I stayed at Hotel Europa Munich. I should also mention that is is not the first time I stayed there. And because I liked it, I decide to pay a visit again. The hotel itself is very close to the Central station Munich. It can be reached either by walking or by a tram(only three stations). The room and the bathroom were clean all the time. The breakfast is also a very good one. I think it is reach enough to choose from. The people at reception are also very nice and ready to help in case if some questions my appear during the stay. For me it is only till next time."

"I have no problem with the hotel neither the room. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and good. Wifi was excellent. However, the staff attitude was terrible. There was a short, bold guy at the reception. Thin. He was neither smiling nor welcoming. He was just mumling hmm hmm yea yea as if he was making me a gesture. "We were woken two nights in a row by the sound of bin men (collecting garbage) outside of our window in the courtyard. Room 260. This led to our being tired for two days. The breakfast was very good but some guests from the Middle East and India must be told to be more quiet. They allow their children to scream and run around. This is not acceptable in Europe."

"It was my second time in the hotel. My first experience wasn´t terrible but improvable...My first night I couldn´t switch off the lights so I slept with the lights the whole night. Next day I asked for a repair from reception, and while I was out f my room a repair professional came, however at night still the same problem which was solved by a man from reception. WIth that solution I could sleep without lights on my last night in Munich. This time no lights problem, on checkout day, my luggage was kindly stored until I could retrieve and go to the airport. The morning breakfast buffet is excellent...The best I have eaten from many hotels, delicious, ample, clean conditions. EXCELLENT!"

"This is our standard hotel for our visits to Munich. We have been there very often. The staff are usually helpful and could be more friendly and smiling rather than just efficient, but I guess friendliness is not something that comes easily to Germans. Also, being such regulars (not just myself and my husband but my daughter and her family from Dublin have visited and stayed there as well), it would be nice to receive an upgrade to a bigger room if there is availability."

"Our Australian family stayed at Hotel Europa for our first week, and the last night, of our recent tour of Germany. We were thoroughly impressed and would recommend the hotel enthusiastically. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and efficient, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. For example, we arrived very early due to a morning flight hoping to leave our luggage before finding somewhere to chill nearby. Instead, the desk prioritised room cleaning for us and checked us in almost immediately. We also loved the breakfast buffet, which I honestly think was one of the highlights of the trip for our teenagers. The rooms were comfortable and quiet and very clean."

"We stayed three nights in a spacious, elegant, and very comfortable room equipped with every comfort. We loved the quiet and the view of the small internal garden. Very friendly staff. Convenient underground parking for €15/night, where we left our car on days in early January when it snowed. Located outside the hustle and bustle of the city center, just two tram stops from downtown Munich. Shops and supermarkets are close to the hotel. . For those arriving by car, we recommend obtaining the TUV environmental sticker (Umweltplakette) before entering the "Mittlerer Ring" area."

"We had a lovely stay at this location which I had booked two rooms for 4 nights.. We traveled from Munich to Berlin for the second leg of our vacation. My husband realized he left his ear buds in the safe. He quickly reached out to the hotel and was told they would let the housekeeping manager know when they returned on Monday. He was told someone would call him back regarding this issue. The ear buds have a tracking capability and from that we know they were in the room for a few days. Following the tracking over the past few days, it looks like they travel 40 minutes south to Thalham and then back to the hotel. We never received a follow up call as promised. "Stains on the bottom sheet and in the toilet. Room 131. Counter in room had coffee stains which I was able to wipe off. "We selected this hotel based on its positive reviews, reliable internet, and on-site restaurant. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. The restaurant was closed throughout the weekend, which required us to go out in the cold for meals. The Wi‑Fi was down for 50% duration of our stay, preventing us from getting any work done, streaming television, or ordering food in. In addition, the elevator was intermittently out of service due to maintenance, causing inconvenience when accessing our room on the 3rd floor. The room itself also presented several concerns: there was hair on the table upon arrival, and the bed was noticeably slanted toward the headboard, causing us to sleep in the opposite direction to avoid sliding down. As a travel professional, I unfortunately would not feel comfortable recommending this property to my clients based on this stay."

"I recently visited Munich and stayed at the Europa Hotel. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay — the cleanliness, quality of food, quietness, and the location were all excellent. The staff ensured everything was well taken care of, and the atmosphere was very comfortable. The only downside I experienced was with the TV, as most of the channels were only in German and it was not connected to Wi-Fi, which made it difficult to watch YouTube or other content. However, this was a minor inconvenience since I spent most of my time outside exploring the city. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay again."
