Description

Our 2023 newly built vacation apartment measures about 70 square meters and offers generous space for two adults, even with a small child. The bright apartment has a separate entrance. Our open living/dining area with well-equipped fitted kitchen is furnished in a modern and minimalist style. A wood-burning stove, large smart TV in the living area and bedroom, wireless audio, wifi and smart underfloor heating make the stay cozy and comfortable. A 1.80m wide and comfortable double bed is located in the separate bedroom, where a travel crib can be provided upon request. The bedroom has reading as well as ambient lighting. The spacious bathroom with floor-deep rain shower, towel dryer as well as window is reduced and modern furnished. From the living area, a large sliding glass door leads directly to the 20 sqm wooden terrace, which invites you to linger and relax. Bicycles can be parked in the bicycle shed and charged if necessary. By arrangement, the wallbox for charging an electric car can be used, directly at the associated parking lot in front of the apartment. The apartment is about 300m away from the shore of Lake Constance, beach, train station, shopping, nature reserve, historic peninsula with castle, church and varied gastronomy, are within walking distance.

Directions

You can reach us comfortably by car via the L16, exit Hege, or by ship and train. The train station Wasserburg is within walking distance. Upon request and agreement, we can pick up you and your luggage at the station.
