Limitation due to the corona pandemic

Since 2017, you have been able to check in and out of our hotels contactlessly with your smartphone. You can then conveniently open your room and all doors in the hotel via app. We have also adapted to the new situation in other ways: Your bed linen is cleaned to the highest hygiene standards and of course we disinfect all surfaces several times a day. During your stay, you will come into contact with as few other people as possible. Nevertheless, you can reach us around the clock. We hope that you will not only feel comfortable but also safe with us!

Check-in and check-out regulation

You can check in to our hotel yourself via a smartphone app or at the check-in terminal and programme your room key. This is very easy and has already been done by others. You are also independent of time and can check in from 3 pm on the day of your arrival. On the day of your departure, we ask you to leave the room by 12 noon so that we can prepare it for the next guests. You will receive all important information about check-in, parking and everything else you need to know by email the day before your arrival.

Directions

The address of our hotel is: Horemer 16, 72076 Tübingen. If you arrive by car, you can park on the street in front of the hotel free of charge. The best way to get to our hotel by public transport is by bus. Bus line 5 stops at the 'Horemer' bus stop, from where it is only 250 metres to the hotel.

Important payment information and other conditions

As we do not have staff on site at the hotel to receive your payment, you must have paid for your stay at Koncept Hotel Neue Horizonte before arrival. Therefore, we take a credit card from you for each booking, which will be charged on the day of your arrival at the latest.
