The 50 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, and accommodates 2 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, and a washer-dryer. The holiday home features a private terrace for relaxing evenings. The property is located near Lake Constance, and public transport is within walking distance. The central location allows you to reach all essential shopping facilities on foot, including bakeries, banks, grocery stores, the lido, the train station, the boat dock, and much more. With the 'Echt-Bodensee-Card', you receive free entry to the Nonnenhorn lido as well as other discounts (the card is handed to you by the host upon registration). A parking space is available on the property. A storage room for bicycles is located in the basement; bicycles can be rolled down a ramp next to the stairs, so carrying heavy e-bikes is not necessary. Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted. The accommodation has policies for proper waste separation. You will receive further information about this on site. After booking, you will be asked to complete the contact form sent to you by email and to provide your address. This helps the host to optimally prepare for your stay.

Check-in and check-out regulation

Arrival is possible between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. On the day of departure, the apartment is available until 10:00 a.m. Please always contact the landlord in good time before your arrival to discuss the arrival time.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information

The prices shown do not include tourist tax. A tourist tax of EUR 3.30 per person per day will be charged at the place where the accommodation is booked (as of April 2022). This must be paid on site.

Important payment information and other conditions

The guest will be charged a prepayment of up to 90% of the total price of the reservation at any time. Please note that the prices do not include the visitors' tax. This is payable separately on arrival.
