The Rhoneblick holiday apartment in Hohtenn is a cosy, modernly furnished holiday apartment for 2-4 people on the sunny side of Valais.

The 87-square-metre, 2.5-room apartment offers impressive views down into the Rhone Valley. Hohtenn is a district of the municipality of Steg-Hohtenn. From the Lötschberg car transport service, it takes only a few minutes to drive down to the valley floor to reach this small, traditional Valais mountain village. 

It is located directly on the Lötschberg south ramp. Hohtenn – The gateway to the magical Lötschental valley

Hohtenn is the gateway to the magical Lötschental valley with its enormous range of leisure activities. In less than 15 minutes, you can reach the main towns of the Lötschental valley with access to many impressive hikes in summer and the Lauchernalp ski area as well as the romantically situated cross-country ski trails in winter.

Right in the middle and close by

From Hohtenn, you can quickly reach the most important natural destinations in Valais. The Aletsch Glacier, the Matterhorn, unique ski resorts and charming villages, as well as the cantonal capital of Sion, are usually only an hour away.

Lötschental Guest Card: Small card – lots of benefits

The Lötschental Guest Card gives you access to many benefits. Facilities

The flat on the 5th floor is easily accessible by lift. It has

·         One bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and a small desk. A cot can be provided if required

·         A very well-equipped kitchen where you can relax and cook for family and friends. The kitchen also has a dishwasher.

·         The spacious living and dining room faces south. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed, providing sleeping space for two additional people. The large dining table seats 4-6 people.

·         From the balcony, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Rhone Valley and the surrounding mountain peaks.

·         The new bathroom is functionally furnished and has a bathtub with a shower curtain.

·         Wi-Fi and television (Sunrise TV) are available.

 

Pets allowed

The flat is also ideal for small dogs (up to approx. 10 kg) for an additional charge of CHF 60 per dog per week. A dog bed and bowls are provided and do not need to be brought with you

 

Arrive and relax

On request, the fridge can be stocked with regional specialities before your arrival. This means you can enjoy a delicious aperitif as soon as you arrive, without any further effort. You can specify your requirements when you register.

Payment?

Parking

The Rhoneblick house does not have any designated parking spaces. However, there are always plenty of affordable parking spaces available in front of the house and throughout the municipality within a radius of 200 metres, which can be used via https://parkingpay.ch/ or TWINT if required. A weekly parking permit can also be purchased for CHF 15 from the municipal office in Steg https://www.steg-hohtenn.ch/dienstleistungen/30417.

 

Payment and cancellation conditions

Bookings can be made on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.

CHF 120 per night plus visitor's tax.

    Including VAT.

    Bed linen, towels, kitchen linen.
