Description
The house is a listed historic building with a barn and a garden. It is a two-family home, but only one apartment is used as a holiday rental. The apartment includes a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom with a toilet. It can accommodate up to three people: two in a double bed in the bedroom and one on a daybed in the living room. An extra mattress can be provided for a child if needed.
Free parking is available along the street, and paid parking is available directly at the house. A bus stop is located about 100 meters away, and the train station can be reached on foot in about seven minutes.
There is a bakery and a butcher around three minutes away on foot, a small supermarket about six minutes away, and a larger supermarket can be reached by car in approximately five minutes.
The location is ideal for taking walks through the fields and forests just behind the house. A beautiful park with a rose garden, restaurant, and several playgrounds is also just five minutes away.
Hiking in the Black Forest, the Jura mountains, and even the Alps is easily possible. The Swiss border is around 8 km away, and Basel is about 10 km from the house, with a convenient S-Bahn connection. The French border is approximately 15 km away.
Lörrach, Weil am Rhein, and Basel offer a wide range of cultural activities, including museums, cinemas, theatres, and more. Sports enthusiasts will find swimming pools, climbing parks, bowling, badminton, and many other leisure options. In winter, cross-country ski trails can be reached within 30 km, depending on snow conditions.

Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
