Differing cancellation conditions

After the confirmation to rent the apartment a prepayment of 50% of the total rent price must be transferred to the landlord until two weeks before the planned move in of the renter. Decisive is the value date on the landlords account, not the day of the transfer. It´ll be treated as a withdrawal in case the payment will not be fulfilled according to the contract. The following rules take place in case of a withdrawal from the rental agreement from the renter:
•More than eight weeks before start of rental 20% of the due rent price have to be paid.
•Between eight and up to two weeks before the planned move in, 50% of the total rent price will be charged
•In case of a withdrawal within two weeks before the move in the total rent price has to be paid.
In case the renter ignores the payment requests of the landlord and does not fulfill the required prepayment. The landlord is allowed to cancel the rental agreement to re-rent the apartment. In such case the claimed withdrawal payment for the renter does also expire immediately.
