59 - 46 days before arrival: 25% cancellation fee, 45 - 31 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee, 30 - 16 days before arrival: 75% cancellation fee, 15 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee

Tourist tax information

The local guest tax is not included in the indicated price and will be charged additionally from 1 January 2023. It amounts to EUR 2.50 from 1 April to 31 October for guests aged 18 and over, EUR 1.25 for children/young people (6-18 years) and EUR 1.50 from 1 November to 31 March, EUR 0.75 for children/young people (6-18 years) - per person and night. Children up to the age of 6 are exempt. Business travellers are also exempt from the city's visitor's tax.

Important payment information and other conditions

The hotel reserves the right to request a credit card number or a deposit of 100% of the cost of the overnight stay when the guest requests a room. In the event of a no-show, the guest shall bear the costs for a no-show in the amount of 90% of the accommodation price.
