MY TENT IS ALREADY PITCHED - who would not like to be able to say that when arriving at the WAVE-GOTIK-TREFFEN 2020?

All those who want to make their journey relaxed and want to start without much luggage and time pressure in an exciting festival weekend can put together a personal festival camping experience here with just a few clicks.

Our camp for the WGT 2020 is not located on the agra campsite, but on the grounds of the Bruno-Plache-Stadium, which is located in Leipzig-Probstheida. So you do not need a Obsorge ticket for that. Here we offer you a pleasant location with adequate sanitary facilities and showers, parking next to the camp, breakfast buffet and catering and a drinks trolley with barbecue. We warmly welcome you!

If you are traveling by public transport to get there or during the festival, you can use different lines. Bus 79 stops in front of the stadium entrance at the "Connewitzer Straße" station. A little further eastwards on Prager Straße the following lines stop at the "Probstheida" station: Tram 2 and 15 as well as Bus 75, 76, 106, 108 and 141, plus Nightliner N8 (see also www.lvb.de).

Cancellation / payment conditions

Zahlungsbedingungen:

Ihr überweist den Rechnungsbetrag exkl. Kaution unter Angabe der Bestellnummer. Die Zahlungsfrist beträgt 7 Tage ab Zugang der Zahlungsaufforderung, liegt dabei spätestens 3 Tage vor Beginn des Mietzeitraums. Bezahlen könnt Ihr per Banküberweisung oder über PayPal. Nur im Voraus bezahlte Zelte werden von uns aufgebaut! Die Bezahlung wird über den Veranstalter mein-zelt-steht-schon abgewickelt.

Stornierungsbedingungen: 

Erfolgt eine Stornierung 14 Kalendertage oder weniger vor Beginn des gewünschten Zeitraums, gelten folgende Bedingungen:

• 14 bis 8 Kalendertage vor gebuchtem Zeitraum - Erhebung einer Stornogebühr in Höhe von 40 % des Materialmietpreises;
• 7 bis 4 Kalendertage vor gebuchtem Zeitraum - Erhebung einer Stornogebühr in Höhe von 80 % des Materialmietpreises;
• 3 bis 1 Kalendertage vor bzw. innerhalb des Buchungszeitraums - Erhebung einer Stornogebühr in Höhe von 100 % des Materialmietpreises.

Anreisebeschreibung

Das Camp zum WGT 2020 befindet sich nicht auf dem agra-Campingplatz, sondern auf dem Gelände des Bruno-Plache-Stadions, das in Leipzig-Probstheida liegt.

Direkt vorm Eingang des Stadions hält Bus 79 an der Haltestelle "Connewitzer Straße". Etwas weiter östlich auf der Prager Straße halten folgende Linien an der Station "Probstheida": Tram 2 und 15 sowie Bus 75, 76, 106, 108 und 141, dazu Nightliner N8 (siehe auch www.lvb.de).
