Welcome to our world of senses, encounters and togetherness! The former Capuchin monastery was a place of encounter not only for the people of Laufen, but also beyond its borders. With the departure of the last monks on 31 January 1993, a piece of Laufen's cultural history came to an end. We have made it our task to revive this beautiful place and build bridges. The unique atmosphere of the historic walls, combined with modern infrastructure, offers plenty of space for education, art, culture and creativity and thus for togetherness. We also take you on a culinary journey into the world of the senses and pleasure. Discover the exclusivity of simplicity. Forgotten vegetables, fruit, berries, wild herbs and the best ingredients from our region are the way "back to the source" in our monastery kitchen.
