The bright, spacious vacation apartment has a separate entrance. Through a spacious entrance area with wardrobe you enter the living area with couch, table, sideboard, cozy pellet stove and large screen TV. The spacious bathroom is equipped with shower and corner bath. WC separate. The bedroom, located on the upper floor, is equipped with a double bed (180 x 200), closet, sideboard and a desk. Here is also the fully equipped kitchenette with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and an egg boiler. A table and 2 chairs are provided. Free Wi-Fi is available to guests throughout the apartment.

Description
The quiet, spacious and bright apartment is located about 10 minutes walk from the village center. It can be reached via an outside staircase and is on 2 floors. A beautiful sun terrace invites you to relax.
Environment description
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment is a cozy Bavarian inn with beer garden. The nearby Hechtsee can be reached on foot in 30 minutes. The Nußlberg, Thierberg and the wildly romantic Gießenbachklamm are nearby hiking trails. The picturesque town of Kufstein can be reached in 5 minutes by car. In winter you can reach the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser, Söll, Scheffau and Ellmau in about 30 minutes by car.
