The living and dining area is equipped with a box-spring bed and a flat-screen TV "on request another sleeping possibility available". The kitchenette has a dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee pod machine and kettle. For a shower experience, the rain shower in the modern bathroom, in addition, all bathrooms are equipped with a bidet. Towels and a hairdryer are provided. The underfloor heating creates a cozy living comfort. From the terrace or balcony you have an unobstructed, impressive view of the Kaiser Mountains.

The large, spacious bathroom includes a ground-level shower/rain shower and a bathtub, leaving nothing to be desired. In addition, all bathrooms are equipped with a bidet. The covered terrace is bordered by the wildflower meadow with the natural garden.

The gallery apartments are located on the 1st floor and have a large balcony with an unobstructed view of the emperor. The exclusive apartments includes a box spring bed "on request another sleeping possibility available". Upstairs in the gallery is a double bed. A large panoramic window with relaxation option invites you to linger. The kitchenette has a dishwasher, ceramic hob and refrigerator including freezer, in front of it is a seating area. The stove in the apartment provides coziness in winter or in the transitional period. The bathroom becomes a wellness oasis with a large rain shower, as well as a bathtub in two apartments. In addition, all bathrooms are equipped with a bidet. The complete apartments are equipped with underfloor heating.

Environment description
The well-maintained mountain lake "Luegsteinsee", which is located near our house, invites you to relax and refresh yourself in summer. Also in winter, many renowned ski resorts and the cross-country ski trail at Dörfl can be reached quickly from our location. All year round you can explore the fantastic mountain world, beautiful hiking trails and peaks. Due to the good transport connections, the local centers of Oberaudorf and Kiefersfelden can be reached in a few minutes. The nearest larger town of Kufstein with many shopping and shopping opportunities also offers great cultural entertainment.

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of EUR 2.00 per person/night for adults.
