The high-quality, bright and spacious apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 2-family house, in a quiet location. It is cozy, furnished in modern alpine style.From the large balcony, living room with panoramic window and the two double bedrooms you have a beautiful unobstructed view of the Kaiser Mountains. Wonderful walks and hikes (along the Kieferbach, around the Hechtsee, through the Gießenbachklamm, on the Nußlberg, etc.) are possible directly from the front door. In winter, a cross-country ski trail and a small toboggan hill can be reached in the immediate vicinity. Additional fees may apply!No parties allowed!
