You enter our house through a separate entrance. On the second floor there are a total of 5 bedrooms. All bedrooms have a closet and a flat screen TV.Our guests are, in the lockable area of the 1st floor, a kitchen, a rustic wooden parlor, 1 bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with single bed, as well as a bathroom available.In the non-lockable area of the 1st floor is a bathroom with shower and toilet and 2 bedrooms with double bed and access to the large balcony, as well as a bedroom with single bed.

The Florentinerhaus is located, quietly, in a side street. The nearest shopping facilities, as well as restaurants you will find, within walking distance, in the immediate vicinity. From the large balcony you have a beautiful view of the imposing Kaisergebirge.In our house free bicycles (at your own liability) are available to guests.Among the various facilities include a garden (with barbecue facilities), a terrace and a communal lounge. Wi-Fi and private parking at the guesthouse are free of charge.

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of EUR 2.00 per person/night for adults. Children from 0 to 17 years, as well as persons staying in the municipality of Kiefersfelden for professional purposes are free of charge.We ask our guests to leave a deposit of 150,-- EUR at check-in, which will be paid out at departure.
