On the 1st floor bedroom with double bed and balcony 2nd room with three beds marble bathroom with shower, bathtub and WC. Hobby room as additional recreation room. Covered carport. We also use the cottage with our family. In summer for cycling along the Inn and to Kufstein, for moutainbiking in the mountains directly from the house. The ski areas Wilder Kaiser Brixental with the summer attractions Hexenwasser in Söll and Ellmis Zauberwelt in Ellmau are 15-20 minutes away by car. Ideal to experience nature and mountain world with children Minimum stay: 5 nights Occupancy: 1- 6 persons Final cleaning of 40,-- is not included in the accommodation price!
