The apartment with large south-facing balcony, located on the 1st floor, has a hallway with wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchen ( coffee maker, kettle, egg boiler, toaster). From the kitchen you go into the living-bedroom with double bed (180 x 200), wardrobe, small sofa and TV. From the corridor on the left you enter the bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment for 4 persons has its own entrance, at the back of the house. Via a steep marble staircase (the apartment is only suitable for children over 5 years) you enter the apartment. Both bedrooms have double beds (200 x 200), wardrobes, armchairs and partly with chest of drawers. In the living room there is a couch, 2 armchairs and the TV. Both bedrooms and the living room are carpeted. In the small kitchen there is a table with 4 chairs, 2 hotplates (no oven), coffee maker, kettle, egg boiler, toaster. The bathroom has a shower/WC. Guests have their own small outdoor seating area in the garden, with garden furniture. non-smoking apartment!

Description
There are two non-smoking - vacation apartments, both equipped with SAT-TV. The apartment for 2 persons has a south-facing balcony. For the 4-person apartment there is a small terrace (the apartments are both on the 1st floor of the house). The apartment No. 1(for 4 persons) has a separate entrance. The apartments can be rented only separately). In the large apartment - children only possible from 6 years - steep marble staircase!!! With occupancy of 2 persons only 1 bedroom is provided. If desired, the 2nd bedroom can be added at an extra cost of 6,-- EUR for the room. From both apartments you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the imposing Kaiser Mountains and the Pendling, the local mountain of the "Thierseer". To the Kieferer bath lake it is approx. 5 min. footpath. There is a Stüberl directly at the lake, on whose terrace you can enjoy local and Tyrolean specialties after a walk around the lake or at the Inndamm, relaxed and with a great mountain panorama view.No winter rental! Only German-speaking guests, because of understanding!
