Description

The modern, bright and friendly holiday apartment lies in a quiet residential area on the edge of the historical Old Town of Iphofen. About a 5 minute walk away from the middle of the marketplace with several restaurants, bistro, ice-cream parlor, museum (trade museum), bakery, church, drugstore, and other stores...
A medical practice and a veterinarian's practice are in close range if needed. Directly in front of the house there are parking possibilities. Storage areas for bicycles can be provided. The railway station is approx. 1 km away from the Apartment. After arrangement a Shuttle service could be provided. Iphofen lies in the wine district Kitzingen, at the foot of the Schwanberg Mountain (Steigerwald). Due to the position of Iphofen between the Main River and the Steigerwald the climate is very mild. The region is suited very well for hiking in the vineyards and Steigerwald (Forest) and for bicycle tours along the MainRiver.
Numerous activities like a Horse and Buggy drive in the vineyards, vineyards and city tours to include guided tours of some vineyard cellars are bookable in the tourist office. Among other things there is a mini-golf, a fitness path, a Kneipp location (The procedures of treatment with water applications, plant active substances, movement and food recommendations.) and a bicycle rental company. At the numerous winegrower's companies in town you can restock your home supplies of the Franconian wine. For the purchase of the everyday needs in drinks and food EDEKA and Penny market are to be found in close range, also bread and rolls can be purchased on Sundays.

And with a glass (Schoppen) of good Franconian wine you can close a perfect day.

Please note that the prices do not include the visitor's tax. Should a visitor's tax be required at the place where you are staying it is payable on arrival.

Conditions/extras

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

The guest will be charged a prepayment of 90% of the total price of the reservation at any time. Please note that the prices do not include the visitors’ tax. This is payable separately on arrival.

 

 

Arrival description

Iphofen liegt an der Bundesstraße 8 (B8) bzw. der Bahnstrecke zwischen Nürnberg und Würzburg im Landkreis Kitzingen. Die Ferienwohnung ist nahe der Altstadt im Wohngebiet Neubergstraße.
