The 45 m² basement apartment in Mainbernheim accommodates up to 2 guests and features a living room with sleeping facilities, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchenette where you can prepare your meals. Additionally, you have access to a storage room with a washing machine and a walk-in wardrobe. For families with children, there is a public playground right next to the accommodation. The holiday apartment is located on the edge of the historic town of Mainbernheim, in the heart of the Franconian wine region. Numerous cycling and hiking trails invite you to explore the area, including panoramic routes through the vineyards and around the Schwanberg. The nearby Tannenberg and Bullenheimer Berg areas offer a wine barn for authentic regional experiences. A shared parking space is available on the property. Events are not permitted on the premises. Shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The historic town centre with many wineries and cosy wine taverns is 4 km away, while Kitzingen, the capital of the wine-growing region, is 5 km from your accommodation. From this central location in the heart of the Franconian wine country, day trips to Schweinfurt, Würzburg, Ochsenfurt, and Volkach are easily possible.

Payment for accommodation is made by the guest in cash on site on the day of occupancy, unless you receive other information from the host in advance. The host reserves the right to request a deposit. The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. No visitor's tax is charged on site. Different cancellation conditions: Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, later cancellations will be charged with 90% of the tour price.
