Our newly renovated “Alte Säge” holiday flat on the first floor – the perfect retreat for your well-deserved holiday in Chiemgau.

A very peaceful location in the village centre, yet close to everything that makes a holiday special. From here, you can easily reach the ‘Inzeller Filze’ recreational area on foot or by bike. Enjoy the large balcony with views of the surrounding mountains and the little stream right outside the house – a cosy spot for relaxing with a good glass of wine.

Everything you need for your stay is within easy reach: supermarkets, off-licences, a bakery with a café, restaurants, Inzell Water Park, the spa gardens, the tourist information centre, a chemist’s, an ice-cream parlour and the coach station – all just a few minutes’ walk away.

For winter sports enthusiasts, our flat is a real hidden gem: the cross-country ski trail starts right outside the house, the Max-Aicher-Arena is about a 10-minute walk away, and the Kessel lifts are about a 5-minute drive away. If you’d like to actively explore nature in summer, you’re also in excellent hands with us: the stunning surroundings are perfect for hiking, cycling and relaxing.

About the host

The host lives on the ground floor of the same building, directly below the holiday flat.

terms/extras

Prices exclude the visitor’s tax per person per night: adults EUR 2.10, children aged 6–15 EUR 1.00, children under 5 free.

You’ll receive the free Chiemgau Card at our guesthouse! Enjoy a wide range of leisure activities in Inzell and the Chiemgau region free of charge and without any hassle.

Services include, for example, mountain railways, museum visits, the water park with sauna, local buses in the region and much more. The current list of services always applies to all services.

Arrival Description

To get there by car, take the A8 motorway to the Traunstein / Inzell exit, then continue on the B306 federal road until you reach the outskirts of Inzell. Turn right and follow the road to the centre of the village, then keep slightly to the right towards Schmelz.

After about 150 metres, you will find car park 8 on the left-hand side; this is where the road ‘An der Alten Säge’ begins, and your destination is at number 4 on the right-hand side.
