Our lovingly furnished apartment is perfectly suited for two people.
However, thanks to a pull-out sofa, there is also room for up to two children. It features a comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a well-maintained bathroom.
The beautiful, spacious balcony with views of the Inzell mountains is ideal for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
Secure, lockable storage for bicycles, skis, or motorcycle gear is available, along with a private parking space right at the property.

For motorcyclists: a paradise of winding roads! Inzell is the perfect base for alpine tours. The world-famous Roßfeld Panorama Road, routes around Lake Chiemsee, and day trips to the Salzburg region and the Berchtesgaden Alps are right on your doorstep.
For cyclists: the Inzell cycle path network begins practically right outside the accommodation, leading you from the flat valley floor up to the most beautiful alpine pastures.
For hikers and mountaineers: from leisurely valley strolls to challenging climbs up the Hochstaufen, Rauschberg, or Teisenberg—hiking trails and ascents start in the immediate vicinity.
For those seeking peace and quiet: an oasis of relaxation! Ahornstraße is situated in a wonderfully quiet yet central location. You can reach the picturesque spa park and the natural swimming lake (approx. 150m away) in just a few minutes on foot. Unwind and enjoy the idyllic natural surroundings!

Our holiday flat at Ahornstraße 5 offers the perfect balance: you’ll enjoy a wonderfully peaceful stay in an idyllic residential area, yet the charming centre of Inzell is just a 5-minute walk away. The location is an absolute dream for nature lovers and sports enthusiasts.
It’s just a short walk of about 3 minutes (150 metres) to the Inzell water park.
The famous Max-Aicher-Arena is just under 1.9 km away. The cross-country ski trails are only about 200 metres from the holiday flat. There are also winter walking trails and several ski resorts in the surrounding area. Ruhpolding, Bad Reichenhall, Chiemsee, Traunstein, Salzburg and Munich are all easily accessible.
The Chiemgau Card is included in your stay! This allows you to use regional mountain railways, museums and the water park with its sauna facilities completely free of charge.

Prices exclude visitor’s tax per person/night: adults 2.10 EUR, children
aged 6 to 15 1.00 EUR, children under 5 free of charge.

to numerous leisure activities in Inzell and the Chiemgau region. The facilities
include, for example, cable cars, museum visits, a water park with a sauna, local buses
in the region and much more. The
current list of facilities always applies to all amenities.

- Quiet hours from 10.00 pm to 6.00 am
- For safety and space reasons, sports equipment and vehicles may not be brought into the living areas.
- You can check in from 3.00 pm via a key box.
- On the day of your departure, we ask that you vacate the flat by 10.00 am at the latest, so that cleaning can take place.
