Almost 100 m² of comfort: a bright, friendly living/dining area, two bedrooms with double beds, a bassinet for your baby, and a crib for your child up to 3 years old.

Our fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, and kettle allows for ambitious cooking. Plenty of crockery saves you from having to wash up after every meal. You will also find a washing machine in the kitchen.

On the east-facing and south-facing balconies, you can spend relaxing mornings and evenings with an unobstructed view of the mountains: Hochstaufen (1771 m), Zwiesel (1782 m), Gamsknogel (1750 m), Gruberhörndl (1493 m), Falkenstein (1181 m), Kienberg/Streicher (1594m), Rauschberg (1671m) – from east to west.

Due to its location outside the center, you can enjoy the sun longer than in the town center. The quiet location is ideal for relaxation.

We have sand toys and coloring materials for our youngest guests. Board games, puzzles, and books are also available.

This is a non-smoking apartment; if necessary, our seating area in the entrance hall can be used.

Your vehicles can be parked directly in front of the house on our property.

Dog owners will appreciate the proximity to nature.

About the host

I have been renting out our vacation apartment with great pleasure and dedication since 2020. As I live in the house myself and am retired, I am easily accessible to my guests. To ensure that my guests feel comfortable right from the start, they can expect to find a drink in the refrigerator and some fruit, as well as basics such as salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, coffee cream, kitchen towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, and laundry detergent.

As a family with four children, we often regretted having to buy so many extra things in the past. My experiences with my children have also led me to decide not to increase prices during the holiday season for reasons of fairness. So far, guests have rewarded my commitment with consistently good reviews.

Prices plus visitor's tax per person/night: Adults EUR 2.10, children aged 6-15 EUR 1.00, children under 5 free.

You will receive the free Chiemgau Card at our hotel! Take advantage of many leisure activities in Inzell and the Chiemgau region free of charge and without any worries. Services include, for example, mountain railways, museum visits, a water park with sauna, public buses in the region, and much more. The current list of services is always valid for all services.

Arrival Description

Brief directions:

• Leave the A8 at exit 112 Traunstein/Siegsdorf.
• Continue on the B306 toward Inzell.
• At the roundabout on the B306, follow signs for Inzell.
• approx. 3 km before Inzell, turn right at the traffic island in “Boden” towards Gschwall; there is also a green sign pointing to Haus Falkensee.
• Then immediately turn right twice.
• Your destination is the third house on the right, Falkenseeweg 5.

Parking spaces are located directly in front of the house.
