forget everyday life.
"Family is a precious little world full of happiness and shared moments."
To
take one of these little moments out of our everyday working lives
we wish ourselves a beautiful Sunday - time to relax,
to dream, time for the family!
For this reason, we will not be offering arrival on Sundays for future bookings! Departure on this day is still possible as usual.
Our working farm with many animals offers you all possibilities for a varied stay in the Chiemgau Alps.
In the interests of health-promoting, low-radiation room biology, we have refrained from installing WLAN.
In summer, we are the starting point for wonderful hikes, mountain tours and cycling excursions in unspoiled nature. In winter, the cross-country ski trail passes close to our house.
Enjoy the fantastic panoramic view from the deck chair on the balcony of your apartment. From afar, all you can hear are the gentle bells of the cows grazing peacefully.
Unwind and simply feel good - here with us you can forget about everyday life and switch off!

About the host
The Buchschlögl estate is a very old and beautiful property, which was already mentioned in a document in 1490. The house name of the farm probably comes from the first owner Christian Buchschlögl.
The family name Scheurl appeared for the first time in 1835. From 1897, the first-born's first name "Isidor" has been a constant companion of the family to this day. St. Isidor is the patron saint of farmers.
In 1967, the Buchschlöglhof farm and stables were rebuilt by the parents; among other things, it was equipped with guest rooms.
In 1991, Isidor and Mathilde Scheurl took over the property with their children Isidor, Katrin and Christian.
Since 2023, the farm has been run by us, Dori and Theresa, with our children Xaver, Hannes and Luisa.
With constant renovation work, we changed the farm from the original rooms to 4 vacation apartments. We expanded the agricultural area by purchasing additional milk.
