Bedroom with parquet floors. Living room, small bedroom and hallway with wooden floors. Ceilings mostly made of old wood.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, egg cooker, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster and large free-standing refrigerator with freezer compartments. Parking space available directly in front of the house. In bedroom 1 there is the possibility of setting up a children's bed. Cot available on request.

Apartment "Blau" is on the upper floor. Living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms/toilet and balcony.
 
Both apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, including a coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove with oven. Free WiFi.
 
Large garden with lawn and fitness room with two indoor cycling bikes. Storage space for bicycles and motorcycles, which can of course be locked. 
 
Upon arrival, every guest receives the Chiemgau Card Ruhpolding-Inzell free of charge, which allows free use of many leisure activities in Inzell and the surrounding area. E.g. mountain railway, museum visits, swimming park with sauna, bus connections in the region and much more.

Environment description

Ruhige Lage am Ortsrand von Inzell mit tollem Bergblick. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Bergtouren und Biketouren. Im Winter Langlaufloipe direkt vor dem Haus. Schwimmbäder mit Wellnessbereich und Saunalandschaft in der Umgebung. Salzburg (30 km), Berchtesgaden (30 km), Bad Reichenhall (15 km) und Chiemsee (26 km). Haltestelle Ortsverkehr vor der Haustür. 15 Gehminuten in die Ortsmitte.

About the host

Die Gastgeber Maria und Tom verbringen ihre Freizeit ganzjährig am liebsten auf ausgedehnten Mountainbiketouren in der Umgebung, den Mountainbiken ist mittlerweile Ganzjahressport. Im Winter werden aber auch schon mal die Langlaufski angeschnallt, die Langlaufloipe gegenüber genutzt und es wird eine "Inzellrunde" mit den Langlaufski gedreht.  Mit den Alpinski geht es meistens zur Loferer Alm. 
 
Unsere Lieblingstouren mit dem Mountainbike oder auch zu Fuß:  Frillensee; liefert ganzjährig phantastische Photos, Bächeralm; beste Almbrotzeit,  Teisenberggipfel; super Ausblick in die Region, Inzellblick ("Bangei"), Inzell von oben. 
 
Übrigens, die meisten Bilder in den beiden Wohnungen und die Photos auf unserer Homepage sind auf unseren Mountainbiketouren entstanden.
