Our house is located on the sunny side in the wide valley bottom of Inzell and in the middle of the imposing Chiemgau Alps. The quiet and yet central location, only 5 minutes walk from the center of Inzell, promises both a relaxing and restful vacation in the Chiemgau in our vacation apartment. Peace seekers will find quiet places to switch off and recharge their batteries. Connoisseurs experience wonderful vacation moments during a walk through the Inzell moor. Whether summer or winter vacation in Inzell: Here are countless opportunities to explore nature while hiking, biking, mountaineering, cross-country skiing, ski touring or during a contemplative snowshoe hike. Many of the activities can be started from accommodation and also the cross-country ski trail passes directly by our house.

Prices plus spa tax per person/night:Adults € 2,10, children 6-15 years € 1,00, children up to 5 years free. In our house you get the free Chiemgau Card! Use free of charge and carefree many leisure activities in Inzell and the Chiemgau. Freeway Munich - Salzburg (A8) - Exit 112 Inzell at km 99 - B 306 11 km to Inzell - at the village entrance turn right towards the center of the village - in the center of the village turn right towards Schmelz - after approx. 500m turn left into Sulzbacher Straße - before "Sulzbach Alm" turn left.
