Die ca. 85 qm große Ferienwohnung für bis zu 7 Personen wurde im März 2023 noch einmal umgestaltet. Sie liegt im ersten Obergeschoss des Bauernhofes. Sie verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett. Ein Schlafzimmer hat zusätzlich eine Schlafcouch, das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Zustellbett, dass auf 2 Schlafplätze erweitert werden kann. Der Küchen-Essbereich hat eine voll ausgestattete Küchenzeile und einen großen Esstisch. Das neu gestaltete Wohnzimmer lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne und WC. Unsere Ferienwohnung ist in einem Mix aus modernen und rustikalen Elementen liebevoll eingerichtet. Hinweis für Hochgewachsene: Da die Schwärzwälder wohl früher nicht viel größer als ihre Hinterwälderkühe (kleine, alte Schwarzwälder Kuhrasse) waren, kann es für Personen ab einer Körpergröße von 180 cm aufgrund der historischen Bauweise des Hofes mit teilweise geringer Raum- und Türrahmenhöhe zu Kontakten zwischen Kopf und Türrahmen kommen. Nach kurzer Eingewöhnung werden unsere Gäste aber die dadurch entstehende heimelige Atmosphäre schätzen und genießen können.

Description
A warm welcome to the Josenhof in Rudenberg, our historic farm situated at an altitude of 900 metres. Enjoy your stay with us in idyllic surroundings overlooking meadows, fields and woods. The farm is an ideal starting point for walks, mountain bike rides or day trips. Come and discover the Black Forest in all its diversity. Whether you’re looking for excitement, wild romance or simply a chance to relax. Our neighbours include our five shaggy Highland cattle girls and our Ferdinand, whose barn and pasture are right next to the farm. Our three little dwarf goats are also always delighted to welcome visitors. In the summer, a barbecue area in the green space in front of the house is the perfect spot to relax.
Differing cancellation conditions
Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; later cancellations will be charged at 90 per cent of the holiday price.
- Payment must be made by bank transfer two weeks before arrival or in cash on arrival. Payment by debit or credit card is not accepted on site.
- For international bank transfers, the transfer fees are payable by the guest.
- If the accommodation cannot be re-let during the booked period, 90 per cent of the total cost will be charged in the event of cancellation.
- The guest is obliged to pay the agreed price even if they do not make use of the contractual services.
- In the guest’s own interests, any cancellation should be made in writing. The host recommends taking out travel cancellation insurance.
- For cancellations and rebookings, we charge an administration fee of EUR 50.
- The host reserves the right to request a deposit and will contact you directly in this regard.
Tourist tax information
The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. The tourist tax is €3.00 per night for adults aged 16 and over, and €1.60 per night for children aged 6–15.
Arrival and departure are each counted as one day. (As of 01/2025)
