Description

A warm welcome to our home – surrounded by greenery, yet with great connections to the city center and the trade fair grounds.  
We offer business travelers, families, and guests from all over the world a lovingly designed place to stay in Hanover with many amenities.  
We look forward to welcoming up to 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children, in our guest area.

Location and getting here  
The accommodation is located in a quiet, nature-oriented residential neighborhood with good transport connections.  
A light-rail stop (“Riecherstraße”) is a 12-minute walk away. From there you can reach the lively Linden district in 10 minutes, the main train station in 20 minutes, and the trade fair in 35 minutes.  
By car, you can quickly access long-distance routes via the B65 and reach the trade fair in about 25 minutes. The city center is 15–20 minutes away.  
Parking is available; an EV charging station can be used (€0.50/kWh).

Right behind the house there is a hiking path to Benther Berg, through fields and forest, with a small café called Waldwinkel (open on weekends).  
A nice playground is 100 m away.  
In our district, Badenstedt, you’ll find many shopping options as well as a few pleasant restaurants and snack bars.

Optional (subject to availability, on request)  
- Lovingly prepared breakfast (from 7 a.m.) with quality coffee specialties and mostly organic products: €15 for 1 person, €25 for 2 people, €30 for 3 people. Children aged 4–14: €5.  
- 2 bicycles: €5 per bike per day  
- E-cargo bike: €20 per day  
- Garden sauna: €15 for 1 person, €20 for 2+ people, incl. towels  
- Washing machine/dryer: €5 per load  
- 1 baby cot and high chair  
- Children’s toys (Brio train set, dollhouse, Lego, books… pedal go-kart on the hill, wooden horse, outdoor pull-up bar).  
- Use of the kitchen possible by arrangement (11 a.m.–8 p.m.); in the morning as part of the breakfast we organize.  
On request, an additional double room (140 cm bed) on the upper floor can be made available.

We value sustainability: the house is supplied with energy via a heat pump, a PV system, and green electricity.

Guest access  
You will receive up to two house keys.

Other important notes  
A family with two children lives in the house, and they can sometimes be a bit loud. There is also a friendly, trusting cat.  
From time to time, we need to enter the guest hallway to access the laundry cellar.  
Due to the pool and pond, children who cannot swim may only use the garden under constant adult supervision.

Terms of Cancellation

The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.

Information on local duties and taxes

The city of Hanover levies an accommodation tax for overnight stays in accommodation in the state capital of Hanover. The accommodation tax is not included in the final price and will be charged on site.

Important Information of payment and other condtions

The guest will be charged a prepayment of 90% of the total price of the reservation 14 days before arrival. Please note that the prices do not include the visitors’ tax. This is payable separately on arrival.

Please always contact the landlord in good time before your arrival to discuss the arrival time. The arrival and departure times can be discussed flexibly with the host. 

We usually welcome our guests in person. Otherwise, we will arrange a key handover.
