The room is located in the popular Gartenstadt Kreuzkampe. The residential complex is a listed historic landmark of Hanover, recently modernised in the style of Hamburg brick architecture, in the List district directly behind the Pelikan site.

3 minutes on foot to the U-Bahn. The U-Bahn takes 8 minutes to the main station (Hbf). 15 minutes by car to the trade fair (Messe), or also reachable by U-Bahn. 7 minutes on foot to the Eilenriede. 3 minutes to Edeka/bakery. Very quiet side street off Podbielskistraße—no traffic noise. In spring and summer, you can hear birdsong on the park side. Overall, a very quiet residential complex.

Terms of Cancellation

The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
