Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. The building has an elevator. The apartment offers a private outdoor area with an open terrace. This is a studio apartment with a roof terrace and a magnificent view. The accommodation is conveniently located with a tram stop and a green area right outside the door. The apartment is situated in Calenberger Neustadt. The stadium and Maschsee are within walking distance. The old town and city center are only about 500 m away. Free street parking is available. Smoking and parties are not allowed indoors, but smoking is permitted on the terrace. All rooms, including the bathroom, are barrier-free and wheelchair accessible. The kitchen is fully equipped. An e-car charging station is available and can be used for an additional fee. The accommodation supports guests in proper waste separation; further information is available on site. Energy-saving lighting is provided, part of the electricity is generated by photovoltaic systems, and sustainable materials have been used for insulation. Terms of Cancellation

Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, later cancellations will be charged at 100% of the travel price.
