Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss, auf der Südseite mit Zugang zum Garten. Sie bietet Platz für bis zu 3 Personen. Es gib einen eigenen Eingang, der in einen Flur führt. Es gibt ein großes helles Wohn-/Schlafzimmer mit 2 separaten Betten und einem Schlafsofa. Die separate kleine Küche ist voll ausgestattete. Das separates Bad hat eine Dusche und WC. In allen Räumen gibt es Fußbodenheizung.
Bettwäsche, Kleider- und Wäscheschrank, sowie Staubsauger, TV und WLAN, kleine Büroecke sind vorhanden.
Auf Wunsch ist Frühstücksservice im angrenzenden Wintergarten möglich.

Unser Freistehendes Einfamilienhaus mit großem Garten ist sehr ruhig gelegen (kein Durchgangsverkehr) in Ortsmitte Hannover-Bornum. In unserem Haus gibt es das Gästeappartement (Nichtraucher) und liegt im Erdgeschoss. Es bietet PLatz für bis zu 3 Personen.
Terms of Cancellation
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.

The city of Hanover levies an accommodation tax for overnight stays in accommodation in the state capital of Hanover. The accommodation tax is not included in the final price and will be charged on site.
