Holiday flat (48 sqm), for max. 3 persons with one bedroom (separate beds) and a living room with sleeping accommodation (double bed), kitchenette and bathroom (shower, WC), ground floor - smoking permitted. The following requirements are met: This holiday flat forms a self-contained unit. This means that the accommodation has a separate entrance door. There are seating and writing facilities in the flat. The sleeping area has windows with blackout facilities and hanging space for clothes (rail or wardrobe). The beds have a minimum width of 90 cm per person. The kitchen area is equipped with cooking facilities, a fridge and a sink as well as the kitchen utensils required for the number of people (crockery, cutlery, cooking pots etc.). Bed linen and towels are provided.

Description
Unless otherwise agreed with the host, the accommodation is available from 6 pm on the day of arrival and until 10 am on the day of departure. Arrival must take place by midnight at the latest. Please inform your host of your exact arrival time.
Terms of Cancellation
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
Information on local duties and taxes
The city of Hanover levies an accommodation tax for overnight stays in accommodation in the state capital of Hanover. The accommodation tax is not included in the final price and will be charged on site.
