Folgende Anforderungen werden erfüllt: Diese Ferienwohnung bildet eine abgeschlossene Einheit. Dieses bedeutet, dass die Unterkunft über eine separate Eingangstür verfügt. In der Wohnung befinden sich Sitz- und Schreibgelegenheiten. Der Schlafbereich verfügt über Fenster mit Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit und Aufhängemöglichkeit für Kleidung (Stange oder Schrank). Die Betten haben jeweils eine Mindestbreite von 90 cm pro Person. Der Küchenbereich ist mit einer Kochgelegenheit, einem Kühlschrank und einer Spüle sowie die für die Personenzahl erforderlichen Küchenutensilien (Geschirr, Besteck, Kochtöpfe etc.) ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt.

Description
Unless otherwise agreed with the host, the accommodation is available from 6 pm on the day of arrival and until 10 am on the day of departure. Arrival must take place by midnight at the latest. Please inform your host of your exact arrival time.
Terms of Cancellation
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
Information on local duties and taxes
The city of Hanover levies an accommodation tax for overnight stays in accommodation in the state capital of Hanover. The accommodation tax is not included in the final price and will be charged on site.
