A private room is a room that is prepared and rented out for guests within the flat or house of a private person. Tram line 10 is only 1 minute away. You can reach the city centre in 20 minutes by tram. Parking spaces are available in the street and P & R parking 3 minutes away on foot. Supermarkets such as Lidl, Rewe and the post office can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. For dog lovers there are many dog runs nearby.
Terms of Cancellation
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.

The city of Hanover levies an accommodation tax for overnight stays in accommodation in the state capital of Hanover. The accommodation tax is not included in the final price and will be charged on site.
