According to the beautiful, friendly slogan from the Spanish, "mi casa es tu casa", all guests can feel friendly like at home here in our house at the Chiemsee and relax. Therefore a warm welcome to "Tu Casa Chiemsee". Newly renovated vacation home with large garden near the lake and beach. Very quiet location with a view of the mountains. Ferienhaus Lage: zentral in Gstadt, dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen für hohe Privatsphäre mit Blick auf die Berge aus dem OG. Nur wenige Gehminuten zu Ortsmitte, See, Cafes, Eisdiele, Restaurants, Bade-Strand, Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Tennisplätze, Fahrrad- / Boots-Verleih, Hafen, Dampfersteg (Überfahrt auf die Inseln). Golfplätze in ca. 13km Entfernung.
Alle Bilder geben einen sehr guten und grundsätzlichen Eindruck über das schöne Ferienhaus innen und außen; allerdings kann der vom Gast angetroffene Zustand bei Check-in im Detail gegenüber den Bildern abweichen, z.B. andere Bettwäsche, Ort / Teile der Einrichtungsgegenstände, Pflanzen und Rasenhöhe im Garten, etc. Das Haus wird mit 100% Öko-Strom versorgt und Warmwasser über eine Solarthermieanlage generiert (witterungsabhängig), Mülltrennung auf Basis Regeln der Gemeinde ist vorgesehen.

Kinder & Babies sind willkommen. Auch wenn kein Babybett vorhanden ist, so bieten doch alle Zimmer Platz zum Aufstellen eines vom Gast mitgebrachten Babyreisebetts.
Hunde (bis Größe "Labrador") & Katzen sind als Haustiere willkommen. Andere Haustiere bzw. andere Größen oder mehr als zwei Tiere bitte anfragen. Bitte die Haustiere Ihrer Buchung hinzufügen.
