4 star vacation apartment - completely renovated until the end of 2019! The vacation apartment with its spacious 100 m² is divided into a living room, kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms and bathroom. There are also two balconies from which you can enjoy the sun at any time of day. The spacious hallway area offers plenty of storage space and has a wardrobe. The living room is located on the lake side with direct access to the balcony. A seating area with flat-screen TV and the small reading corner invite you to linger comfortably. The new fitted kitchen is fully equipped. The dining area in the kitchen area offers enough space for the whole family. From there you can see our local mountain, the Kampenwand. When the weather is nice, you can also enjoy your coffee on the south-facing balcony. You spend the nights in the master bedroom with box spring bed or in the smaller bedroom with Swiss pine bed. We are happy to provide an extra bed for children on request. The spacious and modern bathroom has a bathtub and rainforest shower.

There is also a south-facing balcony overlooking the lake, from which you can enjoy the morning sun. The living room is located on the lake side with direct access to the balcony. A large sofa with flat-screen TV invite you to stay comfortably. Our kitchen is fully equipped. The dining area in the kitchen area offers enough space for the whole family. We would like to welcome you to "your vacation apartment Bavarian more...".Surrounded by green meadows, walking and hiking trails and of course the exceptional location to Lake Chiemsee with Herreninsel and Fraueninsel, we promise you an unforgettable stay at the Bavarian Sea. You can reach the boat landing stage on foot in about 2 minutes.The centrally located vacation apartments has been completely renovated until the end of 2019 or 2021 and lovingly furnished in a modern style. From the balcony you can enjoy the lake and mountain views. A small EDEKA store with bakery is within walking distance.

The mentioned prices do not include the tourist tax of EUR 1,50 per person/night for adults. Persons up to the age of 16 as well as severely disabled persons (degree of disability 90 or more) and accompanying persons of severely disabled persons (mark B) are exempt from tourist tax. After booking a deposit of 20 % of the total amount is due within 14 days. The remaining amount is due 14 days before arrival. The invoice will be sent to you by e-mail. Cancellation policy: Cannot be cancelled free of charge (90% cancellation fee if subletting not possible). Travel cancellation insurance recommended at time of booking.

Arrival Description

Freeway A8 direction Salzburg, exit Bernau am Chiemsee. Continue on the country road in the direction of Prien am Chiemsee. At the first traffic circle take the second exit towards Prien Ortzentrum and follow the road for about 2 km. At the traffic lights near the church turn left and you will reach a traffic circle. Leave the traffic circle at the second exit in the direction of Rimsting. Drive to the next traffic circle (Rimsting) and take the first exit towards Breitbrunn. Follow the main road via Breitbrunn to Gstadt. Your vacation apartment is located directly at the entrance of the village on the right side next to the post office.
