On the outskirts of the village located, managed farm with cattle. 6 minutes walk to the village center. Spacious rooms partly with shower/WC, extra bed possible. The double room with shower/WC can also be rented as an apartment, as a small kitchenette is available. Lawn for sunbathing, terrace, balcony, parking space, garage for bicycles, guest refrigerator, bread service possible.

Der Moierhof liegt ruhig am Ortsrand von Grassau, in Richtung Oberdorf, nur etwa 6 Gehminuten vom Ortszentrum entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gastronomie und der Ortskern sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Hof ist umgeben von Wiesen und Feldern - ideal für Gäste, die Erholung in ländlicher Umgebung suchen. Durch die zentrale Lage im Achental ist der Moierhof ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Radtouren und Ausflüge. Der Chiemsee mit seinen Badeplätzen und Schifffahrten ist nur wenige Kilometer entfernt. Im Winter erreichen Sie die Langlaufloipen und kleinere Skigebiete der Umgebung in kurzer Zeit. Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich direkt am Haus.

Arrival Description

You come from the highway A8 Munich-Salzburg and leave at the exit Bernau, then turn left towards Reit im Winkl and drive through the following villages Bernau and Rottau to Grassau. In Grassau turn right at the hardware store Holzhammer into the street Oberdorf and follow this street. After about 200 meters turn right into the street Oberdorf. After another 200 meters you will find your accommodation, Oberdorf 25, on the left side.
